论“一带一路”战略下媒介于国家的文化安全作用

【摘要】:张骞两次出使西域,郑和七下西洋,共同开创了连通中国与世界的丝绸之路。21世纪,我国提出"一带一路"战略,与古代丝绸之路采用了相同的表达方法,却有着完全不同的时代背景。作为现代社会的主要标志之一,高度发达的大众传播媒介带来前所未有的传播速度与传播范围,也具备了对社会产生空前影响的巨大能力。体现在文化的传播与交流上,便是可以通过其所提示的"拟态环境",对受众进行潜移默化的"培养",进而发挥对社会的控制作用,并对国家安全(尤其是文化安全)产生深远影响。本文结合"一带一路"的具体战略,论述媒介的文化安全作用,并进一步探讨如何在当下的融媒语境里用好新媒介,用好大众传播,充分发挥媒介的文化安全作用。
[Abstract]:Zhang Qian's two missions to the Western regions, Zheng he's seven voyages to the West, and the founding of the Silk Road between China and the world. In the 21st century, China put forward the strategy of "Belt and Road", and adopted the same expression method as the ancient Silk Road. As one of the main symbols of modern society, the highly developed mass media bring unprecedented speed and scope of communication. It also has the tremendous ability to have an unprecedented impact on society. It is reflected in the dissemination and exchange of culture, which means that the audience can be "cultivated" imperceptibly through the "pseudo environment" it suggests, and thus play a controlling role in the society. It has a profound influence on national security (especially cultural security). This paper discusses the role of the media in cultural security, and further discusses how to make good use of the new media in the current context of media fusion, combined with the specific strategy of "Belt and Road". Make good use of mass communication, give full play to the role of cultural security of the media.
