【摘要】：近年来,随着社会生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康议题的关注程度日益加深。传染病疫情因其突发性和易感染性等特性,与社会公众的生命健康息息相关。因此,如何应对传染病疫情成为公众关注的热门健康议题。21世纪以来,“非典”、“甲型H1N1”流感、“埃博拉”这三类传染病疫情在中国乃至世界范围内蔓延。传染病疫情对人们的影响不断加深,媒体对该类事件的报道也日益增多。《人民日报》作为中国最具权威的纸质媒体,是公众建立传染病疫情信息认知模式的重要途径。因此,做好传染病疫情报道能够更好地发挥《人民日报》的舆论引导作用。自2003年“非典”疫情爆发以来,《人民日报》的传染病疫情报道水平就在不断提高,力图从健康传播的角度做好相关新闻报道。本文以《人民日报》对“非典”、“甲型H1N1”流感、“埃博拉”三类传染病疫情的新闻报道为分析样本,运用内容分析的方法,以健康传播理论为研究视角,主要从报道语言、报道体裁、传播侧重等方面探讨《人民日报》传染病疫情报道框架,力图清晰呈现其动态变化发展过程,提出健康传播理论指导下报道框架改进策略。本文以健康传播的三个层面作为贯穿全文的理论线索。文章开篇首先阐述了本文的研究背景及意义,并详细介绍了研究思路和方法。文献综述部分主要是针对相关资料的归纳总结,力图清晰地呈现前人的研究脉络。第一章简要介绍了健康传播理论,并对国内的传染病疫情新闻报道现状进行了分析研究。第二章至第四章是本文的核心部分,主要从新闻话语的对话模式、信息传递中的多元关系网络建构、新闻报道中的社会共同体指向三个方面来对《人民日报》的传染病疫情报道进行分析研究。第二章从新闻报道的词语和句式、报道焦点、报道语言等层面来研究新闻话语的对话模式在“非典”、“甲型H1N1”流感、“埃博拉”三类传染病疫情新闻报道中的呈现。第三章主要从报道体裁和报道热度来分析新闻报道体系以及信息传播的多元关系网络。第四章从传播侧重和报道立场来分析《人民日报》的传染病疫情报道的社会共同体建构。本文的最后一个部分,主要是根据前期的分析内容,在健康传播理论的指导下,提出完善《人民日报》传染病疫情报道框架的具体策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of social living standards, people pay more and more attention to health issues. Because of its sudden and infectious characteristics, infectious diseases are closely related to the life and health of the public. How to deal with the epidemic of Infectious Diseases has become a popular health issue of public concern since the 21st century, "SARS", "H1N1" influenza, "Ebola" three infectious diseases spread in China and even around the world. The impact of. As the most authoritative paper-based media in China, People's Daily is an important way for the public to establish an information cognitive model of infectious diseases. Doing a good job in reporting the epidemic situation of infectious diseases can better play the leading role of "People's Daily" in public opinion. Since the outbreak of "SARS" in 2003, the level of reporting on infectious diseases has been constantly improving. Try to do well the related news reports from the angle of health transmission. This article uses the method of content analysis to analyze the news reports of SARS, H1N1 flu, Ebola, three kinds of infectious diseases, such as "SARS", "A H1N1" and "Ebola". From the perspective of health communication theory, this paper discusses the reporting framework of epidemic situation of infectious diseases from the aspects of reporting language, reporting genre, communication emphasis and so on, in order to clearly present its dynamic change and development process. Under the guidance of health communication theory, the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the reporting framework. This paper takes the three levels of health communication as the theoretical clue through the full text. At the beginning of the article, the research background and significance of this paper are described. In the part of literature review, the author mainly summarizes the relevant materials and tries to present the previous research context clearly. Chapter one briefly introduces the theory of health communication. Chapter two to chapter 4th is the core part of this paper, mainly from the dialogue mode of news discourse, the network construction of multiple relations in information transmission. The social community in news reports points to three aspects to analyze and study the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in People's Daily. Chapter two focuses on the words and sentence patterns of news reports. Report language and other levels to study the dialogue mode of news discourse in the "SARS", "H1N1" influenza, "Ebola" three infectious diseases in the news report. Chapter three mainly from the report genre and reporting popularity to analyze the news. Chapter 4th analyzes the social community construction of "People's Daily" report on infectious disease situation from the point of view of communication emphasis and reporting standpoint. The last part of this paper, Under the guidance of health communication theory, this paper puts forward some concrete strategies to perfect the reporting framework of epidemic situation of infectious diseases under the guidance of health transmission theory.
