基于SBM模型的虚拟学术社区知识交流效率评价

【摘要】:【目的/意义】从技术效率视角出发对虚拟学术社区知识交流效率进行分析与探讨,为推进其知识的交流、共享和创新提供参考依据。【方法/过程】在已有的文献研究中,大多是研究虚拟社区知识交流的模式,本文以2007-2016年"小木虫"学术社区4门学科版块为研究样本,基于SBM模型测度其静态知识交流效率,运用非参数Kernel密度估计知识交流综合效率研究"小木虫"知识交流的动态演进情况。【结果/结论】"小木虫"论坛四个版块中无机非金属知识交流效率最高,但四个版块整体知识交流效率较低,且主要体现在规模效率不足;知识交流效率较高的版块之间发展趋同;最后从运营管理角度提出改善虚拟学术社区知识交流的优化措施。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to analyze and explore the efficiency of knowledge exchange in virtual academic communities from the perspective of technical efficiency, and to provide a reference basis for promoting the exchange, sharing and innovation of knowledge. [methods / processes] in the existing literature research, Most of them are the models of knowledge exchange in virtual communities. In this paper, the efficiency of static knowledge exchange is measured based on SBM model, which is based on the four sections of academic community of "small wood worm" from 2007 to 2016. Using nonparametric Kernel density estimation to estimate the comprehensive efficiency of knowledge exchange, the dynamic evolution of knowledge exchange of "small wood worm" was studied. [results / conclusion] the efficiency of inorganic non-metal knowledge exchange was the highest among the four boards of "small wood worm" forum. However, the overall knowledge exchange efficiency of the four blocks is low, and mainly reflected in the lack of scale efficiency; the high efficiency of knowledge exchange between the development of convergence; finally, from the point of view of operation and management to improve the virtual academic community knowledge exchange optimization measures.
