我国食品安全网络舆情研究现状分析

【摘要】：[目的/意义]食品安全网络舆情既是公众参与管理食品安全的重要平台,又是对社会稳定造成威胁的风险因素,业界和学界从不同角度展开对食品安全舆情的研究并建构应对路径。[方法/过程]对食品安全的网络舆情研究文献分别按照以不同类型的舆情研究对象为标准和以不同模型为标准进行整理、分类分析并归纳这些文献好的观点和策略。[结果/结论]指出存在着利益相关者考虑不全,生命周期研究没有观照其特殊性等问题;同时提出未来食品网络舆情研究应充分考虑利益相关者及加强它们间协作,生命周期研究应观照其舆情的复杂性等方面发展。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] Food safety network public opinion is not only an important platform for public participation in food safety management, but also a risk factor that poses a threat to social stability.Industry and academic circles from different angles to food safety public opinion research and construction of coping path.[methods / process] the literature on food safety online public opinion was sorted out according to different types of public opinion research objects and different models, and the good viewpoints and strategies of these documents were analyzed and summarized.[results / conclusion] pointing out that there are problems such as incomplete consideration of stakeholders and failure of life cycle studies to take into account their particularities, and suggesting that future research on food network public opinion should take full account of stakeholders and strengthen collaboration among them,Life cycle research should take into account the complexity of its public opinion and other aspects of development.
