【摘要】：正"吃相好看"是游走当今社会的一个不成文礼仪,公众作为置身事外的看客参与社会事件讨论时,"看相"也很重要。在今年引起大众关注的"27岁女学者章莹颖在美失踪案""杭州蓝色钱江保姆纵火案""男子求爱不成将女生扔下楼致死"等案件中",完美受害人"这一名词在舆论中被频繁提及,甚至超越了案件本身,成为争论的焦点。实际上,"完美受害人"并不是法律术语,如果非要给它一个定位,它更接近犯罪学研究术语。据称,最早提出
