网络传播视野下反转新闻的受众研究

【摘要】：随着新媒体技术的飞速发展,我国新闻传播面临着新的机遇和挑战。在市场化经济的冲击下,受众主导下的媒体转型升级势在必行,如何吸引受众注意力和更多流量,抓住受众兴趣点成为媒体追逐的焦点。在这样的背景下,近两年网络空间中频繁出现的反转新闻以类型化特点进入公众视野,并不断的成为舆论热议话题。随着媒体与受众的互动方式由单向传播向双向互动方式的转变,受众不再只是新闻信息的接受者和消费者,同时兼具新闻的生产者、传播者、评价者等多重角色,全民记者时代早已到来。作为反转新闻的重要参与者,受众在反转新闻中的表现如何,受众参与反转新闻过程中扮演着怎样的角色,受众是否应该为反转新闻的频繁发生负责,成为了本文要探讨的重点。本文将对反转新闻的受众进行研究,第一章引出本文研究的背景,研究目的和意义、相关的研究思路和方法、研究综述、创新点;第二章对网络传播视野下反转新闻及其对受众影响进行阐释;第三章对反转新闻受众关注点及其行为进行剖析,本章将结合2013年-2016年四年共50个反转新闻案例进行主题聚类分析和新闻标签分析,总结出受众对反转新闻的关注倾向和偏好,以及在反转新闻中的话语表达和行为表现,并提出受众在反转新闻的参与倾向性、非理性等问题;第四章分析反转新闻中受众参与角色和心理特点,基于传播者视角和评价者视角进行分析受众的参与角色和存在的问题;从受众需求与身份认同以及受众自我约束与社会认知心理两方面来分析受众心理特点,并总结出相应问题。最后针对第三、四章基于反转新闻受众的行为、角色和心理方面分析的问题,提出如何提升受众媒介素养的对策,期望对于减少受众非理性参与,避免反转新闻提出一点建议。结语部分将从反转新闻中的受众参与存在的问题引申到网络空间伦理困境的思考,提出当前网络空间治理中加强网络监管、提升媒体和公众责任意识的重要性问题。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of new media technology, news communication in China is facing new opportunities and challenges.Under the impact of the market-oriented economy, the media transformation and upgrading under the guidance of the audience is imperative. How to attract the audience's attention and more traffic and seize the audience's interest become the focus of the media chase.In this context, in the past two years, the frequent reverse news appeared in cyberspace has entered the public view with the characteristics of type, and has become a hot topic of public opinion.With the change from one-way communication to two-way interaction between the media and the audience, the audience is no longer just the receiver and consumer of news information, but also has many roles, such as producers, disseminators, evaluators, etc.The age of national journalists has long since arrived.As an important participant in reverse news, how the audience performs in the reverse news, what role the audience plays in the reverse news process, and whether the audience should be responsible for the frequent occurrence of reverse news.It has become the focus of this paper.The first chapter leads to the background, purpose and significance of this study, relevant research ideas and methods, research review, innovation;The second chapter explains the reverse news and its influence on the audience in the view of network communication; the third chapter analyzes the focus and behavior of the reverse news audience.This chapter combines 50 reverse news cases from 2013 to 2016 to make thematic cluster analysis and news label analysis, and summarizes the attention tendency and preference of the audience to reverse news, as well as the discourse expression and behavior performance in reverse news.The fourth chapter analyzes the role and psychological characteristics of audience participation in reverse news, and analyzes the role and problems of audience participation based on the perspective of communicator and evaluator.This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of the audience from the aspects of audience demand and identity, audience self-restraint and social cognitive psychology, and summarizes the corresponding problems.Finally, based on the analysis of the behavior, role and psychology of the news audience, the fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the media literacy of the audience, in the hope of reducing the irrational participation of the audience and avoiding the reversal of news.In the conclusion part, from the problem of audience participation in reverse news to the ethical dilemma of cyberspace, the author puts forward the importance of strengthening network supervision and raising the awareness of media and public responsibility in the current cyberspace governance.
