“艾兰之死”报道的新闻伦理研究

【摘要】：2015年,艾兰之死的新闻把欧洲难民问题推到风口浪尖,男孩溺毙沙滩的照片牵动公众道德神经。西方媒体对此态度不一,一些营造同情气氛,号召接收难民,另一些持反对态度,更有甚者将艾兰与科隆性侵案联系起来,认为难民是欧洲的潜在威胁。从立场层面看,媒体以爱的名义支持难民是惯性思维,以维护社会秩序为由抵制难民也合情合理,艾兰事件暴露的价值争议需要合适的伦理原则推动解决。从技术层面看,有报纸头版刊登尸体的大幅彩照,血腥场面引起读者抗议,另有人怀疑照片是摆拍的,各式各样的伦理道德问题层出不穷。本文首先以四家有代表性的西方媒体为例,梳理新闻内容,总结报道立场和手段并提出问题。接着,运用波特图式,通过定义情境、分析价值、诉诸伦理准则、选择忠诚对象四步骤,回答应该支持还是反对的核心问题。最后,以伦理视角解读艾兰新闻的五种现象,依次是视觉恐怖、摆拍、讽刺、煽情、政治正确。论文通过分析艾兰新闻的伦理问题,为媒体报道欧洲难民的一般新闻提供道德的方法。
[Abstract]:In 2015, news of the death of Alan brought Europe's refugee problem to the forefront, and pictures of boys drowning on the beach touched a public moral nerve. Western media have been mixed, with some creating a climate of sympathy, calling for refugees, others opposing them, and even linking Allan to Cologne as a potential threat to Europe. From the standpoint, the media supporting refugees in the name of love is inertia thinking, and it is reasonable to resist refugees on the grounds of maintaining social order. The value dispute exposed by the Allan incident needs proper ethical principles to promote the solution. From a technical point of view, there are large color pictures of dead bodies on the front page of newspapers, bloody scenes arousing protests from readers, while others suspect that photographs are taken, and various ethical and ethical issues are endless. In this paper, four representative Western media as an example, comb the news content, summarize the reporting position and means and put forward questions. Then, by defining the situation, analyzing the value, appealing to the ethical criterion, choosing the loyalty object four steps, the author answers the core question of whether to support or oppose. Finally, the five phenomena of Allan News are interpreted from the perspective of ethics, which are visual terror, pat, satire, emotionalism and political correctness. By analyzing the ethical issues of Eilan News, this paper provides a moral method for the media to report the general news of European refugees.
