基于国际评估体系的政府数据开放指标特征与模式分析

【摘要】：文章从开放政府数据评估体系的重点及发展趋向入手,选取当前国际影响力较大的开放政府数据评估项目的指标,依据量化的评估结果,分析了开放政府数据评估体系的指标特征及各国表现,在此基础上进一步解析了开放政府数据发展的不同模式,并对我国政府数据开放的模式选择提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Starting with the emphasis and development trend of the open government data evaluation system, this paper selects the indexes of the open government data evaluation project which has the great international influence at present, and according to the quantitative evaluation result, This paper analyzes the index characteristics of the open government data evaluation system and the performance of various countries. On this basis, it further analyzes the different models of the open government data development, and puts forward some suggestions for the choice of the open government data model in our country.
