开放政府数据价值评估:进展与启示

【摘要】：[目的/意义]以价值评估角度,调查国外开放政府数据的进展,为推动我国开放政府数据工作的进一步发展具有重要意义,[方法/过程]利用文献调研和案例分析的研究方法,阐述开放政府数据价值评估的要求,探讨开放政府数据价值评估的方法,并在此基础上分析美国、英国、澳大利亚主要国家以及国际组织在开放政府数据价值评估的具体实践。[结果/结论]得出认识开放政府数据价值评估的困境、重视并开展开放政府数据的价值评估、注重开放政府数据价值评估方法的启示。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to investigate the progress of open government data abroad from a value assessment perspective, In order to promote the further development of the open government data work in China, [methods / processes] using the research methods of literature research and case analysis, expounds the requirements of open government data value assessment. This paper discusses the methods of open government data value assessment, and analyzes the practical practice of open government data value assessment in the main countries of the United States, Britain, Australia and international organizations on this basis. [results / conclusion] the difficulties of value evaluation of open government data are recognized, the value evaluation of open government data is emphasized and the enlightenment of value evaluation method of open government data is emphasized.
