保定市主城区老年人微信使用情况实证研究

【摘要】：老年人口总数占我国总人口数量的比重不断扩大,老龄化程度日益加深,这些已经成为了中国当今突出的社会问题。关爱老年人,提高他们晚年生活的幸福感是全社会的共同目标,然而,关爱不仅是让他们吃饱穿暖,更重要的是得到精神生活上的满足。微信作为当下最受欢迎的即时通讯软件,对于提高老年人与他人的沟通效率、丰富老年人的生活形式、避免老年人与社会脱节发挥了重要作用。因此,本文以保定市主城区的老年人为研究对象,运用深度访谈和问卷调查等方法,对于老年群体微信使用的基本情况、老年群体微信使用的功能取向和老年群体微信阅读的内容取向进行了重点分析。通过分析发现,微信老年使用者多与配偶及子女同住,具备一定的经济水平,其性别差异并不显著,年龄多集中于60-69岁。现实生活中的朋友在老年人微信好友中占比九成以上,“熟人社会”型关系突显。老年微信使用者数量与学历“倒挂”,在微信学习使用过程中出现了较为严重的“文化反哺”现象。微信的“媒介补偿”功能是获得老年用户青睐的重要原因,他们使用微信的动机多为增进亲情、社交娱乐、节省金钱。老年人较为关注养生保健类、家庭食谱类文章,虽然他们已经开始接触使用微信,但是部分老年人仍然难以独立使用微信,网络上鱼龙混杂的信息也让他们真假难辨。因此应该努力营造帮助老年人学习使用微信的社会氛围,不断提高老年人的媒介素养。
[Abstract]:The proportion of the total number of the aged population in the total population of our country is expanding and the degree of aging is deepening day by day, which has become a prominent social problem in China today. Caring for the elderly and improving their happiness in their old age are the common goals of the whole society. However, caring for the elderly is not only to let them eat, clothe and warm, but also to get the satisfaction of their spiritual life. WeChat, as the most popular instant messaging software, plays an important role in improving the communication efficiency between the elderly and others, enriching the life forms of the elderly, and avoiding the disconnection between the elderly and the society. Therefore, this paper takes the old people in Baoding City as the research object, using the methods of in-depth interview and questionnaire, to the basic situation of the use of WeChat in the elderly population. The functional orientation of WeChat and the content orientation of WeChat reading were analyzed. It was found that the elderly users of WeChat lived with their spouses and children, had a certain economic level, and the gender difference was not significant, and the age was concentrated in 60-69 years old. In real life, friends account for more than 90% of the old people's WeChat friends, and the "acquaintance society" relationship is prominent. The number of old WeChat users and their academic qualifications are hanging upside down, and there is a serious phenomenon of "cultural feedback" in the course of learning and using WeChat. The "media compensation" function of WeChat is an important reason to win the favor of elderly users, whose motivation to use WeChat is to promote family, social entertainment and save money. Older people pay more attention to health care, family diet articles, although they have begun to contact the use of WeChat, but some elderly people are still difficult to use WeChat alone, the network of mixed information also make them difficult to tell. Therefore, we should strive to create a social atmosphere to help the elderly learn to use WeChat and improve their media literacy.
