健康微信公众平台信息质量评价指标体系研究

【摘要】：【目的/意义】分析健康微信公众平台信息质量的影响因素,构建评价指标体系,对用户识别出高质量的健康信息以及微信公众平台健康信息质量的提高都具有重要意义。【方法/过程】运用扎根理论和信息传播理论,结合健康微信公众平台的特性,从健康信息传播主体、微信公众平台、健康信息以及用户4个维度构建评价指标体系,并利用主成分分析法确立了指标权重。【结果/结论】构建的健康微信公众平台信息质量评价指标体系的4个维度中,权重系数最大分别为情感支持性、交互性、新颖性和相关性。因此,健康信息的传播者应该重视这些指标,向用户推送优质的健康信息内容,提高服务水平和能力。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to analyze the influencing factors of information quality in the public platform of WeChat Health, and to construct an evaluation index system. It is of great significance for users to identify high quality health information and to improve the quality of health information on WeChat public platform. [methods / processes] apply rooted theory and information dissemination theory, combined with the characteristics of health WeChat public platform, The evaluation index system is constructed from four dimensions of health information dissemination subject, WeChat public platform, health information and users. In the four dimensions of the information quality evaluation index system of the health WeChat public platform constructed by the principal component analysis method, the maximum weight coefficient is emotional support and interactivity, respectively. Novelty and relevance. Therefore, health information communicators should attach importance to these indicators, push high quality health information content to users, and improve service level and ability.
