网络暴力的发展研究:内涵类型、现状特征与治理对策——基于2012-2016年30起典型网络暴力事件分析

【摘要】：[目的/意义]网络暴力是一种依托虚拟网络平台,兼具实在暴力因素的网络失范行为,了解网络暴力的基本脉络和发展现状,对于我国政府优化网络管理、提升网络舆情应对能力具有一定的现实意义。[方法/过程]以百度及新浪微博为检索平台,对2012-2016年的网络暴力事件进行样本筛选,梳理了30起典型网络暴力事件,对其时空特征、所涉群体与事件类型进行分析。[结果/结论]研究发现:我国网络暴力事件的数量总体呈现逐年上升的态势;区域分布不均衡,东部地区数量略多;结构性暴力和事件性暴力并发;网络暴力事件从政治性热点向娱乐性热点转变;同类事件的多米诺效应显著。面对这一状况,政府需在对话心态、动员姿态、协同状态三方面着力,探索与当今网络环境相配套的、实施性强的解决方案,从而全面提升政府网络舆情监管的效率与水平。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] Network violence is a kind of network anomie behavior which depends on virtual network platform and has positive violence factors. It can understand the basic context and development status of network violence, and optimize the network management for our government. Improving the network public opinion coping ability has certain realistic significance. [methods / process] based on Baidu and Sina Weibo as retrieval platform, 30 typical online violence events from 2012 to 2016 were selected, and their temporal and spatial characteristics, groups and event types were analyzed. [results / conclusion] the results show that the number of cyber violence in China is increasing year by year, the regional distribution is uneven, the quantity is a little more in the eastern region, the structure violence and the incident violence are concurrent; Network violence has changed from political hot spot to entertainment hot spot, and the domino effect of the similar event is obvious. In the face of this situation, the government should focus on three aspects: dialogue mentality, mobilization attitude and cooperative state, and explore solutions with strong implementation which are compatible with today's network environment, so as to improve the efficiency and level of supervision of government network public opinion in an all-round way.
