基于多维理论的公众政府信息获取渠道选择影响因素研究

【摘要】：文章以TOE模型为总体框架,以创新扩散理论、资源依赖理论、制度理论、国家文化理论、信任理论五大理论为指导,构建公众政府信息获取渠道选择影响因素概念模型,从技术、组织、环境三个维度考虑影响公众政府信息获取渠道选择的因素,通过回归分析法对模型进行分析验证。结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性等九个变量对公众政府信息获取渠道选择产生显著影响。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of TOE model and five theories of innovation diffusion theory, resource dependence theory, institution theory, national culture theory and trust theory, this paper constructs a conceptual model of influencing factors of public government information access channel selection. The factors influencing the choice of public government information access channels are considered from three dimensions of technology, organization and environment, and the model is analyzed and verified by regression analysis. The results show that nine variables, such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, have a significant impact on the choice of public government information access channels.
