基于系统动力学的移动社交网络谣言研究

【摘要】:谣言严重扰乱我们日常生活秩序,也给国家政府管控带来巨大难题。尤其是近年来,我国手机网民规模呈直线式增长,网络用户愈发青睐于微信等移动社交网络来通信或者获取网络新闻等,致使移动社交网络谣言传播颇为广泛,移动社交网络谣言治理面临巨大压力。网络谣言给国家和社会带来巨大影响。科学地调控移动社交网络谣言的传播,减小网络谣言负面影响,防范可能的谣言危机,为政府信息管理工作提供必要帮助。从而有效地引导和治理网络舆情,及时发现和治理基于移动社交网络的群体性、突发性等舆情事件,保障社会和谐发展。网络谣言在移动社交网络传播过程中表现出复杂性、非线性等特征。因此,本文首先在定性地介绍了网络谣言热度概念基础之上,采用系统动力学的方法,通过整合网民子系统、事件子系统、平台子系统和政府作用子系统,从而构建出移动社交网络谣言的系统动力学模型。并以“抢孩子”网络谣言事件为例,利用仿真软件VENSIM-PL对其该模型进行仿真,并验证模型的有效性。继而,从网民、事件本身、移动社交平台和政府作用角度对网络谣言热度进行灵敏度分析,以网络谣言热度为聚焦点,探究出各个影响因素在移动社交网络环境下,对网络谣言热度的量化影响大小。模型仿真结果表明,网民猎奇心理、事件传播的渠道、移动社交平台的内容审核不过关和政府的响应速度对网络谣言影响更大。接着,结合仿真分析结果,为降低谣言热度,在网民、事件本身、移动社交平台和政府作用层次分别提出了管理对策建议。最后,对全文进行总结回顾和针对现有研究的一些不足之处进行展望与改进。本文采用系统动力学的方法,模拟谣言在移动社交网络环境下热度值变化,探究了相关因素作用的大小,从而为政府信息管理部门治理网络谣言,应对谣言危机提供了一条可借鉴的思路。
[Abstract]:Rumors have seriously disrupted our daily life order and brought huge problems to the control and control of the national government. In recent years, the scale of mobile Internet users in our country has been increasing linearly, and the Internet users are becoming more and more popular with WeChat and other mobile social networks to communicate or obtain network news, which makes the mobile social network rumor widely spread, mobile society. Network rumor management is facing great pressure. Network rumors have great impact on the state and society. It can scientifically control the spread of rumor in mobile social networks, reduce the negative impact of Internet rumors, prevent possible rumor crisis, and provide necessary help for government information management. Therefore, it can effectively guide and control network public opinion and discover timely. And harnessing the mass and unexpected public opinion events based on the mobile social network to ensure the harmonious development of the society. The network rumors are characterized by complexity and nonlinearity during the communication process of the mobile social network. The system dynamics model of the mobile social network rumor is constructed with the Internet user subsystem, the event subsystem, the platform subsystem and the government function subsystem, and the simulation software VENSIM-PL is used to simulate the model, and the validity of the model is verified. Then, from the netizen and the event itself, The sensitivity analysis of the network rumor heat is carried out by the mobile social platform and the government role, with the focus on the network rumor heat, and the quantitative influence of the influence factors on the network rumor heat is explored in the mobile social network environment. The model simulation results show that the network people hunt for strange psychology, the channel of the event spread, and the mobile social peace. In order to reduce the heat of the rumor, the management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to reduce the heat of the rumor, the netizen, the event itself, the mobile social platform and the level of government function. Finally, a review of the whole text and some shortcomings of the existing research are made. This paper uses the method of system dynamics to simulate the change of the heat value of rumor in the mobile social network environment, and explores the role of the related factors, thus providing a reference for government information management department to govern the network rumor and deal with the rumor crisis.
