传统媒体从业者职业转型意愿研究——以北京、广州两地新闻从业者调查为例

【摘要】：文章通过对北京、广州两地报纸和广电两个行业388位传统媒体从业者的问卷调查和深度访谈显示,传统媒体从业者整体呈现出高度职业转型意愿的情况。北京的从业者职业转型意愿高于广州,广电行业转型意愿明显低于报纸,女性从业者的转型意愿弱于男性。研究发现从业者在对未来职业的期望与忧虑、职业转型的优势与阻力中不断试图寻找"走"与"留"的平衡点,未来需要在媒介体制、职业认同、版权保护与考核机制等方面进行完善与改革。
[Abstract]:Based on a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews among 388 traditional media practitioners in Beijing and Guangzhou newspapers and radio and television industries, it is found that the traditional media practitioners as a whole have a high willingness to transform their profession. The intention of career transformation in Beijing is higher than that in Guangzhou, the willingness of radio and television industry is obviously lower than that of newspapers, and that of female practitioners is weaker than that of men. The study found that practitioners are constantly trying to find a balance between "walking" and "staying" in their expectations and worries about the future career, the advantages and resistance of career transformation, and the future needs to be in the media system, professional identity, Copyright protection and examination mechanism and other aspects of improvement and reform.
