新媒体时代科普信息传播的现状、问题和对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济社会的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对生活的要求越来越精细化、科学化,对科学信息的需求日益增强,而传统意义上的科学普及在我国已经远远无法满足国家、社会和公众对科学知识的强烈诉求。同时,新媒体时代的到来,传统媒体时代长期形成的信息传播格局发生了巨大变革。由于传播规律的变化,新媒体时代传播的方式相比于传统媒体时代发生了巨大的变化,而科普信息传播作为信息传播领域中的一个分支,毫不例外地受到了极大影响。新媒体所具有的交互性与即时性、海量性与共享性、多媒体与超文本、个性化与社群化等特点和功能,在应用于科普信息传播领域后,大幅提高了科学普及的便捷性和及时性,提高了科普信息传播的趣味性和有效性。与传统媒体相比,新媒体在科普信息传播中的优势包括:迎合人们时间颗粒化的需求、满足人们随时随地互动性的需求、新媒体技术表现手法多样化、内容选择个性化、通俗易懂表现力强、传授互动等方面。然而,新媒体科普信息传播在极大地提升传播效率的同时,也面临着社会与自身带来的问题与挑战,主要体现在海量信息下实现科普信息有效传播难度加大、传播环境高度复杂、影响传播效果的因素众多难以把控;媒介自身商业属性与社会属性的冲突不断加大、专业技术人才建设相对滞后、科普信息生产和传递质量难以保证等方面。这些挑战与问题,并非新媒体自身可以应对,而是需要全社会各个方面共同解决,需从国家战略层面统筹规划,在社会层面、传媒层面和大众个人层面构建相配套的传媒体系和传播环节,从而促进新媒体科普信息传播取得理想传播效果,得以健康发展。本文通过梳理科普活动的发展历程,比较新媒体环境下科普信息中传播内容和传播过程、类别及特征的显著变化,对新媒体时代科普信息传播现状进行评述,解析新媒体时代科普信息传播方式的新变化;然后从社会背景和新媒体自身两个层面,结合实际案例,分析新媒体环境下科普信息传播存在的问题和面临的挑战;最后在综合分析结果的基础上,针对存在的问题和面临的挑战,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面,从政府主管部门、科技工作者、公共媒体和民众自身多个角度,对新媒体环境下科普信息传播活动提出对策与建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society and the improvement of our living standard, people's demand for life is more and more refined and scientific, and the demand for scientific information is increasing day by day. However, the popularization of science in the traditional sense is far from being able to meet the needs of our country. Social and public demand for scientific knowledge. At the same time, with the arrival of the new media era, the information dissemination pattern formed for a long time in the traditional media era has undergone tremendous changes. Because of the change of the law of communication, the way of communication in the new media era has changed greatly compared with the traditional media era. As a branch of the field of information communication, the dissemination of popular science information has been greatly affected. The characteristics and functions of new media, such as interactivity and immediacy, magnanimity and sharing, multimedia and hypertext, personalization and communitalization, have greatly improved the convenience and timeliness of scientific popularization after being applied to the field of information dissemination of popular science. It improves the interest and effectiveness of the dissemination of popular science information. Compared with the traditional media, the advantages of the new media in the dissemination of popular science information include: to meet the needs of people's time granulation, to meet the interactive needs of people at any time, to meet the interactive needs of people at any time, to meet the needs of the new media, to diversify the expression methods of the new media technology, to personalize the content Easy to understand, strong expressiveness, teaching and other aspects of interaction. However, the dissemination of popular science information in the new media, while greatly improving the communication efficiency, is also facing the problems and challenges brought by the society and itself, which is mainly reflected in the increase of difficulties in the effective dissemination of popular science information under the mass information. The communication environment is highly complex, and the factors that affect the communication effect are numerous and difficult to control; the conflicts between the commercial and social attributes of the media itself are constantly increasing, and the construction of professional and technical personnel is relatively lagging behind. The production and transmission quality of popular science information is difficult to guarantee. These challenges and problems need to be addressed not by the new media itself, but by all sectors of society, at the national strategic level and at the social level. The media level and the mass individual level construct the matching media system and the communication link, thus promotes the new media science popularization information dissemination to obtain the ideal dissemination effect, can develop healthily. By combing the development course of popular science activities, comparing the significant changes in the content, process, category and characteristics of popular science information in the new media environment, this paper comments on the present situation of the dissemination of popular science information in the new media era. This paper analyzes the new changes in the mode of spreading popular science information in the new media era, and then analyzes the problems and challenges in the dissemination of popular science information in the new media environment from the two aspects of the social background and the new media itself, combining with the actual cases. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis results, in view of the existing problems and challenges, from the macro, meso, micro three levels, from the government competent departments, scientific and technological workers, public media and the people themselves from many angles, Put forward the countermeasure and suggestion to the information dissemination activity of science popularization under the new media environment.
