驱动、转型与创新:SMG的机制改革理念与路径

【摘要】:广电媒体转型正持续深化,从最初的传播方式扩展到生产流程再造,再到体制机制改革,涉及的层面不断深入,波及的范围不断扩展。本文立足于SMG运营机制的创新实践,从机制驱动、生态转型、运营创新等方面进行解读,提出在业务形态与运营模式多变的传媒生态转型期,决定广电媒体竞争力的基础不在于资源的多寡,而在于操作系统的比拼,唯有坚定改革理念,通过机制创新与驱动,才能够使媒体运营保持活力。
[Abstract]:The transformation of radio and television media is deepening, from the initial mode of communication to the reengineering of production process, and then to the reform of the system and mechanism. Based on the innovation practice of SMG operation mechanism, this paper interprets it from the aspects of mechanism driving, ecological transformation, operation innovation and so on, and puts forward the media ecological transformation period in which the business form and operation mode are changeable. The competitive power of radio and television media depends not on the quantity of resources but on the competition of operating system. Only by strengthening the idea of reform and innovating and driving the mechanism can we keep the media operation alive.
