数据管理的研究进展与热点:战略、角色与应用

【摘要】：随着大数据时代的发展,数据管理问题已经引起了学者关注。本文以iConference 2017会议中与"数据管理"主题相关的22篇文章为研究对象,并结合近年来国内外相关研究文献与实践进展,从数据管理的战略导向、角色差异与应用趋势展开介绍,揭示数据管理领域近年来的研究进展与动向。数据管理已上升至治国战略,其中主权安全与开放共享是重中之重;政府、企业、高校与科研机构在数据管理上存在角色差异,分别侧重政务公开与归档、知识协同与共享、数据收集与知识库建设;数据管理的应用趋势体现在资源融合与集成管理、决策支持与事件预测、知识发现与个性推荐三方面,涉及云计算技术及感知风险、临床决策支持、疫情态势预测、知识共享与个性推荐系统等课题。
[Abstract]:With the development of big data, the problem of data management has attracted the attention of scholars. In this paper, 22 articles related to the topic of "data management" in iConference 2017 conference are taken as research objects, and combined with the research literature and practice progress at home and abroad in recent years, the strategic orientation, role difference and application trend of data management are introduced. This paper reveals the research progress and trend in the field of data management in recent years. Data management has risen to the strategy of governing the country, in which sovereignty, security and open sharing are the most important, and there are differences in the roles of government, enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions in data management, with emphasis on the openness and archiving of government affairs, the coordination and sharing of knowledge, etc. The application trends of data management are resource fusion and integration management, decision support and event prediction, knowledge discovery and personality recommendation, which involve cloud computing technology and perceived risk, clinical decision support. Epidemic situation Forecast, knowledge sharing and Personality recommendation system, etc.
