【摘要】：电视问政强势铺开成为一种全国性的电视现象,其影响早已超出一档普通的电视栏目,成为一种政治现象。然而,借助行政权力强推的电视问政却隐藏着一系列冲突,直接影响其持续推进的空间。这些冲突说到底是电视问政的协商理念与单一的问责型问政的实践冲突。基于协商理念的电视问政理应形式多样,除了问责型外,还有宣导型、沟通型、问计型等多种类型,问责型问政一枝独秀折射出问政理念与空间的局限。即使是问责型问政,也应突破为追求观赏效果而刻意设计多重冲突性环节的表演性窠臼。电视问政≠电视问责。电视问政的实质在于协商对话,而协商对话的核心要件是真诚与理性。
