探讨设计突发事件公共卫生风险沟通的框架体系及其核心要素诠释

【摘要】：突发事件公共卫生风险沟通是指突发公共事件发生前后,针对其公共卫生问题及潜在的不确定性健康风险的沟通。风险沟通涵盖了风险沟通的多元主体、多层次、多维途径、多种内容和多项功能等内容,其框架体系主要包括目标和任务、沟通主体、支持系统、保障系统4个主要组成部分,各组分作为框架体系的核心要素,在进行突发事件公共卫生风险沟通过程中,赋予了更丰富的内涵特征。
[Abstract]:Public health risk communication of emergencies refers to the communication of public health problems and potential uncertain health risks before and after public emergencies. Risk communication includes multiple subjects, multi-level approaches, multi-content and multi-function of risk communication. Its framework system mainly includes four main components: goal and task, communication main body, support system, guarantee system, etc. As the core element of the framework system, each component is endowed with richer connotative characteristics in the process of public health risk communication.
