网络传播伦理失范之原因探析

【摘要】:改革开放近40年来,我国的社会结果经过了重组,到今天为止,社会结构形态仍不稳定,依旧处于分化、整合、流动的状态。虽然我们将社会单位按照利益获取能力和生活条件分为了不同的阶层,但在认知方面却十分极端,仅存在既得利益集团和非既得利益集团、强势群体和弱势群体,以及富人和穷人,由此使复杂的社会阶层从认知上变成了简单的形而上学,黑白对立,脱离现实,造成严重的社会心态失衡。在此期间,我国媒介的发展也日益精进,网络媒体的发展彻底改变了人们的生活,纷繁复杂的媒介组织使网络媒介变得充实且杂乱,传播失范问题日益严重,这使得原本就失衡的社会心态变得更加紧张且具有威胁性。本文认为,网络媒介作为一个成熟的社会组织,负责信息的传递与意识形态的构建,与社会心态的相互影响十分深远,为研究社会心态与媒介的相互构建,应从更高层面对网络媒介进行剖析。本文第二章对当下网络媒体的传播失范的定义、表现方式以及研究瓶颈进行了阐释,认为网络媒介自身的角色变化给网络媒介传播失范理论提出了新的课题。本文第三章列举了当下媒介技术的三大热门产品,媒介技术的进步与媒介营销方式的多样化共同冲击了传统的传播伦理框架。本章举例说明了媒介技术对传播伦理带来的挑战,认为越是经过精心营销的传播事件,越是给当事人深刻的痛楚,新生事物的出现势必会带来新的传播伦理问题,一味用批判和指责的眼光去研究失范问题是对网络技术与媒介发展的认识不够深刻的表现,制定一系列规范与制度去控制媒介该怎么传播,是一种唯心主义的做法也是一个不切实际的做法,因为媒体与记者势必会突破这套框架。本文第四章阐释了社会心态与网络媒介传播失范的关系,认为严格意义上的失范是绝对存在的,媒介由人来操控,有人的意向即缺失了客观性,网络媒介在编辑和传达信息时,受“网络媒介个体意向”的主导,并时刻在网络“媒介生态集体意向”的作用下进行自我“矫正”,热点认知与迎合意向、痛点认知与矛盾激化意向、敏感度认知与擦边球意向、分化度认知与小众化意向等是目前网络媒体的主要意向。同时,网络媒介的失范现象也时刻影响受众的个体意向,受众的网络媒介这一自由、多元化、匿名化的平台上,也充分体现出了符合意向的行为,进而促成受众集体意向与行为的出现,引发一系列网络群体事件。第五章分析了网络媒介这一特殊的媒介种类,不仅可以从信息文本上影响社会心态,还由于其符号“失真”、“超域”情态、“象征”消费等特征引起的各种失范现象,催化畸形的社会心态。由此,本文认为,应积极规范网络传播纪律,加强网络传播的法制建设,积极提高网络媒介从业者的职业素质。有关部门应实时监控网络媒介的集体意向,检测网络舆情,实时做出应对策略,在尊重客观事实的前提下,均匀调和网络媒介态度,避免偏激意向的产生与聚合,以免大规模网络群体事件与畸形社会心态的产生。
[Abstract]:In the last 40 years of the reform and opening-up, the social results of our country have been reorganized and, as of today, the shape of the social structure is still unstable and still in the state of differentiation, integration and flow. While we divide the social units into different classes in terms of the access and living conditions of the benefits, it is very extreme in terms of cognition, and there are only vested interests and non-vested interests, strong and vulnerable groups, and the rich and the poor, In this way, the complex social class is changed from the cognition to the simple metaphysics, the black and white is the opposite, is divorced from the reality, resulting in a serious social mentality imbalance. During this period, the development of the media in our country is becoming more and more sophisticated, the development of the network media has changed the lives of people, and the complex media organizations have made the network media become full and messy, and the problem of the propagation of the disorder is becoming more and more serious. This has made it more nervous and threatening to have an imbalance in the social mentality. The paper holds that the network media, as a mature social organization, is responsible for the transfer of information and the construction of the ideology, and the mutual influence of the social psychology is far-reaching. In order to study the mutual construction of the social psychology and the medium, the network medium should be analyzed from the higher level. In the second chapter, the definition, expression and the research bottleneck of the network media's propagation anomie are explained, and it is considered that the role change of the network medium has put forward a new problem to the network medium's theory of network medium propagation. The third chapter of this paper lists the three popular products of the present media technology, and the progress of the media technology and the diversification of the medium marketing mode have impacted the traditional communication ethics framework. This chapter is an example of the challenge brought by the media technology to the dissemination of the ethics, and the more profound pain is given to the parties, and the emergence of new things will bring about new communication ethics problems. It is an unpractical way to develop a series of norms and systems to control how the medium should be transmitted, and it is a kind of idealistic approach, which is not a deep understanding of the network technology and the media development, and the development of a series of norms and systems to control the media to spread. Because the media and journalists are bound to break through the framework. In the fourth chapter, the relationship between the social psychology and the network media's propagation is explained, and it is considered that the non-standard of the strict sense is the absolute existence. The medium is controlled by the person. The intention is that the objectivity is missing. The network medium is dominated by the "network medium individual intention" when the information is edited and conveyed. At the same time, under the function of network "the collective intention of the media", self-"correction", hot spot cognition and pandering intention, pain point cognition and contradiction activation intention, sensitivity cognition and edge-to-edge sphere intention, differentiation degree cognition and small-mode intention are the main intention of the present network media. At the same time, the abnormal phenomenon of the network media also influences the individual intention of the audience, the free, diversified and anonymous platform of the audience's network media, and also fully reflects the behavior which is in conformity with the intention, thus contributing to the appearance of the collective intention and behavior of the audience, A series of network group events are initiated. The fifth chapter analyses the special media kind of the network medium, not only can influence the social psychology from the information text, but also because of its symbol distortion ", the superdomain" love state, the symbol "consumption and other characteristics, the social mentality of the deformity. Therefore, in this paper, we should actively regulate the network communication discipline, strengthen the legal construction of the network communication, and actively improve the professional quality of the network media. The relevant departments shall monitor the collective intention of the network media in real time, detect the network public opinion and make the response strategy in real time. So as to avoid the generation of large-scale network group events and abnormal social mentality.
