Y公司有线网络业务竞争力提升策略研究

【摘要】:Y公司是一家有线电视网络运营商,以其专有的网络平台和安全可靠的运行体系,专注于多媒体业务的推广和应用,为广播电视、政务信息、城市信息化建设、家庭信息化设施提供网络应用和运行服务保障。随着国家“三网融合”政策的深入推进,有线网络开始从垄断走向市场,从单一基础业务增加到数据业务,并快速迈进运营商级别的全业务发展阶段,由此,也给Y公司带来新的课题和挑战,其有线网络业务面临本区域同质化激烈竞争与重新定位的双重考验。本文依据竞争力、核心竞争力概念,综合运用竞争优势理论、竞争战略理论等相关理论,采用PESTEL、五力作用模型,对如何提升Y公司有线网络业务竞争力进行了深入分析与研究。论文在分析Y公司有线网络业务竞争现状基础之上,首先分析Y公司有线网络业务的宏观环境,运用波特五力模型研究产业环境,剖析Y公司有线网络业务的内部环境。其次,从资源、制度机制、能力状态三个方面出发,分别选择品牌度、市场地位;战略规划、业务管理机制、资源整合调配机制;业务拓展能力、标准化服务能力、技术领先能力共八个维度,探析了Y公司有线网络业务竞争力,并分析总结出Y公司有线网络业务竞争力的优势和经验。最后,在上述理论分析与实际研究基础上,提出了从制定战略规划、完善业务管理制度、加强资源整合与调配、提高业务拓展能力、全面提升整体服务能力、改善基础网络技术性能六个方面来提升Y公司有线网络业务竞争力的策略。
[Abstract]:Company Y is a cable TV network operator, with its proprietary network platform and safe and reliable operation system, focusing on the promotion and application of multimedia services, for radio and television, government information, urban information construction, Home information facilities provide network applications and operational services. With the in-depth promotion of the national "triple play convergence" policy, cable networks began to move from monopoly to market, from a single basic business to data services, and rapidly entered the stage of full-service development at the operator level, thus, It also brings new problems and challenges to Y Company. Its wired network business faces the double test of intense competition and repositioning in the region. According to the concept of competitiveness and core competence, this paper applies the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of competitive strategy, and adopts the PESTEL, five-force model. This paper analyzes and studies how to improve the competitiveness of Y Company's wired network business. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of Y Company's wired network business competition, this paper firstly analyzes the macro environment of Y Company's wired network business, studies the industrial environment by using Porter five force model, and analyzes the internal environment of Y Company's wired network business. Secondly, choose brand degree, market position, strategic planning, business management mechanism, resource integration and allocation mechanism from three aspects: resources, institutional mechanism and capability status. There are eight dimensions of business development ability, standardization service ability and technology leading ability. This paper probes into the competitive power of Y company's wired network business, and summarizes the advantages and experiences of Y company's wired network business competitiveness. Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical analysis and practical research, this paper puts forward that from the strategic planning, improving the business management system, strengthening the integration and allocation of resources, improving the ability of business development, and comprehensively enhancing the overall service capability, Improve the basic network technology performance six aspects to enhance the Y company wired network business competitiveness strategy.
