戈尔巴乔夫媒介体制改革的新自由主义背景——兼论苏联解体的传媒因素

【摘要】：通过对苏联媒介体制结构变迁的考察,反映出媒介体制在戈尔巴乔夫改革时期出现的问题。一方面,体制的路径依赖导致戈尔巴乔夫媒介改革的前提和目标发生了错误。另一方面,20世纪80年代以来,全球化背景下的新自由主义思潮在世界蔓延。通过对新自由主义全球化的主体和受体分析,对戈尔巴乔夫的媒介自由化改革的国际社会背景给予了阐释。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the structural changes of the media system in Soviet Union, this paper reflects the problems of the media system in Gorbachev's reform period. On the one hand, the system's path dependence leads to Gorbachev's premise and goal of media reform wrong. On the other hand, since the 1980s, the neo-liberalism trend of thought has spread in the world under the background of globalization. Through the analysis of the subject and receptor of neo-liberalism globalization, the international social background of Gorbachev's media liberalization reform is explained.
