【摘要】:目的:探究肉苁蓉不同炮制品对衰老大鼠抗衰老及免疫功能的影响。方法:提取肉苁蓉不同炮制品提取物,备用;把SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组、生苁蓉高、中、低剂量组、制苁蓉高、中、低剂量组。灌胃给予D-半乳糖建立衰老大鼠模型,用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、NO的含量,计算脾脏、胸腺系数;同时观察脾脏组织病理形态学变化及脑内mt DNA缺失情况。结果:衰老大鼠血清中MDA、NO显著升高(P0.01),SOD显著降低(P0.01),模型组胸腺和脾脏系数有下降的趋势,脾脏发生明显病理损伤,且脑内mt DNA也出现缺失情况。肉苁蓉不同炮制品能明显降低MDA、NO(P0.01或P0.05)的水平,SOD有上升的趋势,且能提高脾脏指数、胸腺指数,改善脾脏的病理损伤,脑内mt DNA高剂量组及阳性药组也未出现缺失情况。制品肉苁蓉优于生品肉苁蓉,高剂量组优于低剂量组。结论:肉苁蓉不同炮制品具有不同程度的抗衰老及免疫调节作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of different processing products of Cistanche deserticola (Cistanche deserticola) on anti-aging and immune function in aging rats. SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, control group, Cistanche high, middle and low dose groups, Cistanche Cistanche high, medium and low dose groups. The aging rat model was established by intragastric administration of D-galactose. The content of MDA-SODN in rat serum was determined by ELISA method, and the coefficients of spleen and thymus were calculated. At the same time, the pathomorphological changes of spleen and the deletion of Mt DNA in brain were observed. Results: MDAN in serum of aging rats was significantly increased (P 0.01). SOD significantly decreased P0.01, the thymus and spleen coefficients of the model group decreased, spleen pathological damage occurred. The level of mt DNA in the brain was significantly decreased by Cistanche deserticola (Cistanche deserticola), and the level of MDANONOP0.01 or P0.05) was significantly decreased in Cistanche deserticola (Cistanche deserticola). And can improve spleen index, thymus index, improve spleen pathological injury, brain Mt DNA high dose group and positive drug group did not appear the absence of the situation. Cistanche Cistanche is superior to the raw Cistanche Cistanche. Conclusion: different processed products of Cistanche deserticola have different anti-aging and immunomodulatory effects.
