幽门螺杆菌感染对胃外疾病的影响

【摘要】：幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)在胃内定植及其相关致病作用的发现是现代胃肠病学一个重要的里程碑.近30年的研究表明,许多上消化道疾病,如慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌和胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的自然史都与这种细菌的存在有关.此外,H.pylori常参与一些胃外疾病致病过程,特别是那些以持续性、低度系统性炎症为特征的疾病.其可能机制为低等级炎症状态的诱导和分子模拟机制等.本文就H.pylori感染与胃外疾病,如自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤性疾病、心血管疾病及其他相关疾病之间的关系,及可能的机制作一简单综述.
[Abstract]:The discovery of Helicobacter pylori H. pylori in gastric colonization and its associated pathogenicity is an important milestone in modern gastroenterology.Recent 30 years of research have shown that natural history of many upper gastrointestinal diseases, such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, is associated with the presence of this bacterium.In addition, H.pylori is often involved in the pathogenesis of extragastric diseases, especially those characterized by persistent, low-grade systemic inflammation.The possible mechanisms are the induction of low grade inflammatory state and the mechanism of molecular simulation.The relationship between H.pylori infection and extragastric diseases, such as autoimmune diseases, tumor diseases, cardiovascular diseases and other related diseases, and its possible mechanism are reviewed in this paper.
