银翘马勃散对急性咽炎模型大鼠的治疗作用及其抗炎镇痛解热的作用

【摘要】：目的:探究银翘马勃散对急性咽炎模型大鼠的治疗作用及其抗炎镇痛解热的作用。方法:通过氨水喷雾法制备大鼠急性咽炎模型,观察银翘马勃散对急性咽炎模型大鼠的治疗作用;采用小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及小鼠足趾肿胀实验研究其抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭体实验和甲醛致痛实验研究其镇痛作用;采用脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导大鼠发热模型研究其解热作用。结果:与模型组相比,银翘马勃散可改善大鼠的一般状态,银翘马勃散16,32 g/kg剂量组可明显减轻急性咽炎模型大鼠咽部粘膜的炎症表现,且对咽炎大鼠的白细胞计数结果和血清中TNF-α与IL-6的水平有显著影响;银翘马勃散还可降低小鼠耳廓与足趾炎症肿胀的程度,缓解醋酸以及甲醛第Ⅱ时相所致疼痛,以及抑制LPS引起的大鼠发热反应。结论:银翘马勃散对急性咽炎有较好的治疗作用,并具有良好的抗炎、镇痛、解热作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinqiao Mabo Powder on acute pharyngitis model rats and its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.Methods: the acute pharyngitis model of rats was made by ammonia spray method, the therapeutic effect of Yinqiao Mabo Powder on acute pharyngitis model was observed, and the anti-inflammatory effect of Yinqiao Mabo Powder on mouse auricle swelling test and mouse toe swelling test was studied.The analgesic effect was studied by acetic acid writhing test and formaldehyde-induced pain test, and its antipyretic effect was studied by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -induced fever model in rats.Results: compared with the model group, Yinqiao Mabo powder could improve the general state of the rats, and Yinqiao Mabo powder 1632 g/kg group could obviously reduce the inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa in the acute pharyngitis model rats.The results of leukocyte count and the levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-6 in serum of pharyngitis rats were significantly affected, and Yinqiao Mabo Powder could also reduce the degree of inflammation and swelling of auricle and toe of mice and relieve the pain caused by acetic acid and formaldehyde at phase 鈪，
