影响病理切片制作的常见因素分析

【摘要】：正病理切片是形态学检查的常用方法~([1]),在临床外科病理诊断,尤其是诊断肿瘤性质时常采用病理切片检查,对疾病的诊断有重要价值~([2])。随着医疗事业的发展,病理切片的结果对肿瘤治疗提供重要的理论依据~([3])。因此,病理切片的制作完整性显得尤为重要。本文着重分析切片中常见的影响因素,并制定相应的处理方法,现介绍如下。
[Abstract]:Positive pathological section is a common method of morphological examination ([1]). It is often used in clinical and surgical pathological diagnosis, especially in the diagnosis of tumor nature, which is of great value in the diagnosis of diseases ([2]). With the development of medical treatment, the results of pathological section provide an important theoretical basis for tumor treatment. Therefore, the integrity of pathological section is particularly important. This paper focuses on the analysis of common influencing factors in slicing, and formulates the corresponding treatment methods, which are described below.
