小鼠肾脏移植模型的建模

【摘要】:目的 在借鉴国内外以及前人的手术技术的经验基础上,本人通过不断摸索和大量的练习,建立了一种更简便快捷稳定的小鼠肾移植模型。 实验方法 采用C57BL/6小鼠行25例同种异体异位肾移植,将供体带有肾动脉的一段腹主动脉与受体腹主动脉行端侧吻合;供体的肾静脉与受体的下腔静脉行端侧吻合。输尿管重建采用改良法。 结果 小鼠肾脏移植模型成功率可达到84%。供体手术时间(12±2)min,受体手术血管准备时间(6±2)min,动静脉血管吻合(20±3)min,输尿管吻合时间(5±1min)。总手术时间为55±5min。另外切除了10只C57BL/6小鼠的双肾观察其生存时间,以便对照移植生存率。 结论 该模型简单快捷,成功率高,是理想的手术模型。
[Abstract]:Purpose On the basis of the experience of domestic and foreign and previous surgical techniques, I have established a more convenient and stable mouse kidney transplantation model through continuous exploration and a lot of practice. Experimental method Twenty-five cases of allogenic heterotopic kidney transplantation were performed in C57BL/6 mice. A segment of the donor aorta with renal artery was end-to-side anastomosed with the recipient abdominal aorta, and the donor renal vein was end-to-side anastomosed with the recipient inferior vena cava. Ureteral reconstruction was improved. Result The success rate of kidney transplantation in mice was 84%. The donor operation time was 12 卤2 minutes, the recipient vessel preparation time was 6 卤2 minutes, the arteriovenous anastomosis time was 20 卤3 minutes, and the ureteral anastomosis time was 5 卤1 min. The total operative time was 55 卤5 min. In addition, the survival time of 10 C57BL/6 mice was observed in order to control the survival rate. Conclusion The model is simple and fast, and has high success rate. It is an ideal surgical model.
