【摘要】:正在抗原抗体的结合反应中,抗体参与结合的部位称抗体的对位(Paratope),抗原参与结合的部位称抗原的表位(Epitope)~([1])。表位就是抗原中能被免疫细胞特异性识别的线性片段或空间构象性结构,是引起免疫应答和免疫反应的基本单位。表位是蛋白质抗原性的基础,在蛋白的特异性抗体制备、疫苗的计算机辅助设计,特别是近期具有很大潜力的肿瘤免疫疗法中都具有非常重要的作用~([2])。掌握了表位的规律将有助于绘制抗原表位
[Abstract]:In the binding reaction of antigens and antibodies, the sites involved in the binding of antibodies are called Paratope, and the sites involved in the binding of antigens are called Epitope ~ ([1]). Epitopes are linear fragments or spatial conformational structures that can be specifically recognized by immune cells in antigens and are the basic units of immune response and response. Epitopes are the basis of protein antigenicity. They play an important role in the preparation of specific antibodies to proteins, the computer-aided design of vaccines, especially in tumor immunotherapy, which has great potential in the near future. Mastering the law of epitopes will help to draw antigenic epitopes.
