人与动物寄生螨携带细菌的多样性研究进展

【摘要】：人和动物体表寄生的螨体内携带有大量的细菌,这些细菌有共生菌,也有病原菌,螨可作为传播病原菌的重要媒介传播。本文收集了184篇相关文献,统计分析出共有94种螨,携带有105种细菌,这些细菌归属于9个门22个目40个科55个属。其中致病菌属有17个,条件致病菌属有20个。本文综述了寄生螨体内携带细菌多样性,可为进一步研究螨及体内细菌的关系提供参考。
[Abstract]:Human and animal surface parasitic mites contain a large number of bacteria, these bacteria have symbiotic bacteria, but also have pathogenic bacteria, mites can be used as an important vector for the transmission of pathogenic bacteria. A total of 94 species of mites and 105 species of bacteria were collected in this paper. These bacteria belong to 55 genera of 40 families and 22 orders of 9 phyla. Among them, there are 17 genera of pathogenic bacteria and 20 genera of conditional pathogens. The diversity of bacteria carried in parasitic mites is reviewed in this paper, which may provide a reference for further study on the relationship between mites and bacteria in vivo.
