丹红提取物对脊髓型颈椎病的治疗机制初探

【摘要】:目的探讨丹红提取物对大鼠脊髓型颈椎病动物模型的治疗作用机制。方法取SD大鼠30只,建立大鼠脊髓型颈椎病动物模型,将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和实验组。实验组每天给予丹红提取物,正常对照组和模型组给予等体积的生理盐水。于给药前及给药4周后进行改进Rivlin斜板实验,检测大鼠的运动功能。给药4周后处死大鼠,检测椎间盘组织中白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和bcl-2的表达情况。结果斜板实验表明,给药4周后实验组斜板度数有所增加,且大于模型组。处死大鼠后发现模型组细胞因子的表达量高于实验组,bcl-2的表达量低于实验组。结论丹红提取物可以缓解脊髓型颈椎病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Danhong extract on cervical Spondylotic myelopathy in rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were selected to establish the rat model of cervical Spondylotic myelopathy. The rats were divided into three groups: normal control group, model group and experimental group. The experimental group was given Danhong extract every day, the normal control group and the model group were given the same volume of normal saline. The improved Rivlin skew test was carried out before and 4 weeks after administration to detect the motor function of rats. After 4 weeks of administration, the rats were killed and the expressions of interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor 伪 (TNF- 伪) and bcl-2 in intervertebral disc were detected. Results the inclined plate test showed that the degree of inclined plate increased in the experimental group after 4 weeks of administration, and was larger than that in the model group. The expression of cytokines in the model group was higher than that in the experimental group, and the expression of bcl-2 in the model group was lower than that in the experimental group. Conclusion Danhong extract can relieve cervical Spondylotic myelopathy.
