高原环境对人外周血细胞的影响

【摘要】:目的研究在进入高原前后人外周血血细胞的变化,分析高原环境对人血细胞的影响。方法通过比较在平原和高原习服(90 d)后的血细胞,分析高原环境对个体血细胞的影响。结果高原习服后红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞容积均明显升高(P0.01),而平均血红蛋白浓度和平均血红蛋白含量出现下降(P0.01);进入高原90 d后白细胞计数无明显变化,而淋巴细胞计数和单核细胞计数均有升高(P0.01),中性粒细胞计数下降(P0.01);高原习服后血小板计数显著升高(P0.01),而血小板体积分布宽度和平均血小板体积则有所下降(P0.01)。结论高原习服后血细胞红系、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、血小板指标代偿性升高,以满足机体对高原低氧环境的适应。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of human peripheral blood cells before and after entering high altitude and to analyze the effect of altitude environment on human blood cells. Methods the effect of high altitude environment on individual blood cells was analyzed by comparing the blood cells after acclimation at plain and at high altitude (90 d). Results erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit and mean erythrocyte volume increased significantly after acclimation at high altitude (P0.01), but the mean hemoglobin concentration and mean hemoglobin content decreased (P0.01). After 90 days, the white blood cell count did not change, but the lymphocyte count and monocyte count increased (P0.01), and the neutrophil count decreased (P0.01). Platelet count increased significantly after acclimation at high altitude (P0.01), while platelet volume distribution width and mean platelet volume decreased (P0.01). Conclusion the index of erythrocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes and platelets increased after acclimatization at high altitude in order to satisfy the adaptation of the body to the hypoxia environment at high altitude.
