胚胎早期心管发育过程中的信号调控

【摘要】:心脏发生是脊椎动物器官发生中的最早进程之一,其重要功能是为机体提供营养和氧气.心管作为最初心脏的功能承载体和心脏的原基,起着至关重要的作用.心管发育过程受多种信号通路的严密调控,研究证实Wnt信号、Notch信号、BMP信号、FGF信号等均参与心管发育的有关过程,介绍动物胚胎早期心管发育过程中的相关信号传导调控机制的研究现状及进展.
[Abstract]:Cardiac development is one of the earliest processes in vertebrate organogenesis. Its important function is to provide nutrition and oxygen to the body. As the functional carrier of the initial heart and the primordial basis of the heart, the cardiac tube plays a vital role. Wnt signal, Notch signal, BMP signal and FGF signal are all involved in the process of cardiac development. The present situation and progress in the regulation of signal transduction during the early stage of cardiac tube development in animal embryos are introduced in this paper.
