桂枝汤对糖尿病模型大鼠心脏自主神经重塑的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Guizhi decoction on cardiac autonomic neuropathy remodeling in diabetic rats and its possible mechanism. Methods Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Mikebao group and Guizhi decoction group with 8 rats in each group. In addition to the normal control group, the diabetic model was established by intraabdominal injection of streptozotocin in other rats. The rats in the Mikebao group were given 0.15 mg/ (kg 路d) suspension, the Guizhi decoction group was given 4 g / (kg 路d) Guizhi decoction, and the rats in the normal control group and the model control group were given the same amount of saline. All groups were given intragastrically for 7 weeks. The electrocardiogram of rats was measured by physiological parameter telemetry system and the root mean square (RMSSD), of (SDNN), adjacent RR interval difference was calculated by heart rate variability (HRV), including the standard deviation of normal RR interval analyzed in time domain. Standard deviation (SDANN) for the average value of normal RR interval per 5min and low Frequency (LF), High Frequency (EF), Total Power (TP) and LF/EF; analyzed in Frequency Domain The contents of (TH), cholinylaminotransferase (Ch AT), growth associated protein 43 (GAP-43), neurotrophic factor (NGF) and ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) in interventricular septum and left ventricular myocardial homogenate were measured. Results compared with the model control group, SDNN,RMSSD and LF,HF,TP increased, but SDANN and LF/HF decreased in Guizhi decoction group. The Ch AT of interventricular septum and left ventricle increased, TH/Ch AT decreased, GAP-43,CNTF of interventricular septum and left ventricle increased, while NGF of interventricular septum decreased (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Compared with Mikebao group, SDANN and LF/HF decreased, RMSSD,LF,HF and TP increased, Ch AT,GAP-43,CNTF and TH/Ch AT decreased in interventricular septum and left ventricle of rats with Guizhi decoction (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Conclusion Guizhi decoction can prevent cardiac autonomic nerve injury and alleviate autonomic nerve remodeling in diabetic rats, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve balance.
