从顺应论的角度分析《劝导》中的反讽

文学语用学强调文学作品和社会历史条件的密切联系,把文学创作和欣赏当作一个互动的交际过程加以研究。一个时代的优秀文学作品,是这个时代的缩影,也是这个时代的精神和情感的结晶。《劝导》是奥斯丁的最后一部小说,是奥斯丁借助反讽的手法在二寸象牙上精心雕凿、悉心构筑的一部杰出的全反讽艺术。《劝导》呈现出新的时代的特点,被评为是奥斯丁最成熟最深刻的小说。其中反讽贯穿全书,在叙述故事情节,塑造人物形象,显示作者的情感态度等方面,具有委婉而又深刻有力的特点。以往的研究都是从文学评论的角度来分析其作品的思想及其修辞风格,本文试采用以顺应论为理论框架,从动态的角度来分析和欣赏该作品中的反讽艺术。 顺应论认为语用学是对语言功能性的综观,即考虑了语言在认知、社会和文化中发挥功能的全部复杂性。这种语用学研究的新视角具有很强的解释力,可以用来解释许多语言现象如冗余信息,模糊语言等。作为解释力如此强大的理论,理应在文学创作和文学欣赏方面发挥它该有的作用。 本文试以顺应论为指导,从综观的角度分别对《劝导》中的宏观反讽和微观反讽进行解析,探求反讽策略的选择与当时社会,文化,语境等因素的密切关系。微观反讽是指作品中人物间的...
