外资企业员工心理健康状况及相关因素研究

【摘要】:目的 了解外资企业员工的主要个性特征和心理健康状况的关系,分析外资企业员工心理健康的相关影响因素,从多个角度和层面科学描绘外资企业员工的心理特点。 方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,用症状自量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、企业员工需要问卷对苏州市933名外资企业员工进行心理健康状况调查。 结果 SCL—90各因子与N分、P分均存在正相关关系,与E分不存在相关关系;不同个性类型的员工的SCL-90各因子分间的差异有统计学意义,因子均分从高到低的个性类型顺次为:内向不稳定型、外向不稳定型、外向稳定型和内向稳定型;女性在躯体症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖5个因子上的得分高于男性;SCL-90的9个因子中,在强迫症状、人际关系、偏执和抑郁4个因子上出现心理问题的员工较多;外资企业员工心理卫生问题的发生和个体的个性、性别、年龄、知识经验、身份性质、社会地位、职业安全、工作压力等方面有关;个体在身份性质、性别、年龄、知识经验、社会地位等方面的差异也将造成一定的需要差异;员工需要特点是生存性需要为主,发展性需要为辅,除具有高学历的青年市场人员外,其他员工都在一定程度上呈现出更注重生存性需要,而发展性需要不够强烈的特点。 结论 从个体、工作和组织三个层面入手,建立和形成一个“以人为本”的亲情化管理环境,加强劳动环境及安全保护措施,对企业员工不断进行健康教育和健康促进,对不同需要的企业员工须采取不同的激励策略,,是降低企业员工心理卫生问题具有针对性的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the relationship between the main personality characteristics and mental health of employees in foreign-funded enterprises, analyze the related factors of mental health of employees in foreign-funded enterprises, and describe psychological characteristics of employees in foreign-funded enterprises from multiple angles.
Methods by using stratified cluster sampling method, with symptom rating scale (SCL-90), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), employees need a mental health survey of workers in Suzhou 933 foreign enterprises questionnaire.
In the factor of SCL - 90 and N, P were positively correlated with E, there is no correlation; there were statistically significant differences in the different personality types of employees SCL-90 factors between the factors scores from high to low in personality types: introverted unstable, extrovert instability outgoing, stable and introvert stability; women in physical symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror factor score of 5 is higher than the male; 9 SCL-90 factors, interpersonal relationship, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, psychological problems of employees are 4 factors of paranoia and depression; mental health problems of foreign employees the occurrence of corporate and individual personality, gender, age, knowledge, identity, social status, occupation, work pressure and so on; in the individual identity, gender, age, knowledge and experience, differences in social status will also be There are certain differences in needs. The characteristics of employees are mainly survival needs and supplemented development needs. In addition to young market personnel with high academic qualifications, other employees show a certain degree of emphasis on survival needs to some extent, while the development needs are not strong enough.
Conclusion from the individual, starting with the three aspects of work and organization, family oriented management environment and to establish a "people-oriented", strengthen labor safety and environmental protection measures, the employees of the enterprise continuous health education and health promotion, the employees of different needs of enterprises should take different incentive strategies, is the effective method for the lower the mental health problems of employees.
