印度女留学生身体形态类和机能类指标的研究

【摘要】: 目的:随着时代的发展,世界各国的文化交流日益频繁,大量的国外留学生来到我国学习和生活,为了更多的了解和交流,有必要对种族间的身体素质及健康水平进行探讨、比较和评价。目前,科学家们确定的现有的健康标准已经不能准确的反映和评价各种族各人种间的健康水平。为此,根据这一具体情况,为了给目前留学我校的印度女学生提供一个衡量自身健康的标准,进而依据这个标准能够简单的判定印度女留学生是否属于特殊体型的人群,从而以此标准为基准进行运动锻炼来达到和维持身体健康的目的。本人进行的此项研究,通过大量的试验研究确定了反映健康的身体组成的各项指标新的标准,此外,为将要进行的关于肥胖人群进行运动减肥的研究奠定基础。 实验方法:由同一专业人员对受试个体进行人体形态类和机能类的一些指标的测量,包括身高、体重、一定部位的围度,一定部位的皮下脂肪厚度,台阶试验,然后通过计算机进行统计学上的计算和处理。 实验结果:得出各个测量指标的平均值以及95%的参考值范围,同时通过公式得到体重指数(BMI)的平均值为: 23.11±4.14 (kg/m2),95%的参考值范围是:30.11±16.11(kg/m2);腰髋比(WHR)的平均值为:0.75%±0.07,95%的参考值范围是:0.87%±0.64;脂肪比例(BF%)的平均值为:30.43%±3.26,95%的参考值范围是:35.94%±24.93;最大氧耗量(VO2max)的平均值为:3.85±2.31(L/min),95%的参考值范围是:4.38±1.78(L/min)。 结论:1. WHO提出的标准[7][8]以及美国在1996年6月17日推出的新标准中的界限与本项研究得出的标准界限有所不同,考虑是由于人种不同的原因。 2.目前的印度女留学生可以依赖本项研究确定的健康指标参考值范围诊断被测个体的某一指标水平是否适宜,这是进行身体锻炼和健康标准判定的基础。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the development of the times, the cultural exchanges between countries in the world are becoming more and more frequent. A large number of foreign students have come to study and live in China, in order to understand and communicate more. It is necessary to discuss, compare and evaluate the physical quality and health level among races. The existing health standards established by scientists can no longer accurately reflect and evaluate the level of health among all races and ethnic groups. To this end, based on this particular situation. In order to provide a measure of their own health to the Indian female students who are studying in our school at present, it can be used to determine whether the Indian female students belong to a special body type. In order to achieve and maintain the goal of physical health, I carried out this study, through a large number of experimental studies to determine the indicators of reflecting the health of the body of new standards. In addition, it will lay the foundation for the study of obese people to exercise and lose weight. Methods: some indexes of human morphology and function were measured by the same professional personnel, including height, weight, circumference of certain parts, thickness of subcutaneous fat of certain parts. At present, female Indian students can rely on the range of reference values of health indicators determined by this study to diagnose the suitability of a certain index level of the tested individual, which is the basis for the determination of physical exercise and health standards.
