河北省吸血双翅目昆虫种类调查与区系分析

【摘要】:本文概述了河北省重要吸血双翅目昆虫区系的研究历史和现状,描述了吸血双翅目昆虫的基本特征和常用的分类特征。 从河北省范围内采集吸血双翅目昆虫,进行常规分类鉴定并探讨其初步的区系特点。采用相应的分类系统,对分布于河北省邯郸市、邢台市、石家庄市、保定市、衡水市、沧州市、廊坊市、唐山市、秦皇岛市、承德市和张家口市等11个地区的吸血双翅目昆虫标本做常规分类鉴定,进行区系分析。 试验选择了37个生态采集点,采获目标昆虫4000多只,并制作成标本。共记载蚊、蠓、虻、蚋、白蛉等吸血双翅目昆虫5科15属57种。其中18种属于河北省新记录,分别是蚊科的黄色曼蚊Mansonia ochracea Theobald,1903,刺痛伊蚊Aedes excrucians Walker,1856,黄背伊蚊Aedes flavidorsalis Luh et Lee,1975,丛林伊蚊Aedes cataphylla Dyar,1916,灰色伊蚊Aedos cinereus Meigen,1818,北京伊蚊Aedos peipingensis Feng,1938,黄线伊蚊Aedes crossi Lien,1967,幼小库蚊Culox infantulus Edwards,1922,环须阿蚊Armigeres annulipalpis Theobald,1900;虻科的触角麻虻Haematopota antennata Shiraki,1932,甘肃麻虻Haematopota kansuensis Krober,1933,朝鲜麻虻Haematopota koryoensis Shiraki,1932,等额麻虻Haematopota hedini Krober,1934,朝鲜虻Tabanus coreanus Shiraki,1932,佛光虻Tabanus buddha Portschinsky,1887;蠓科的台湾蠛蠓Lasiohelea taiwana Shiraki,1913,疲竭细蠓Leptoconops bezzii Noe,1905;蚋科的爬蚋Simulium reptans Linnaeus,1758。 根据现有标本和文献记载,列出河北省吸血双翅目昆虫的名录,收录蚊科40种,虻科46种,蠓科19种,蚋科3种,白蛉科4种,并编制了河北省吸血双翅目昆虫的分属和分种检索表,并进行了初步的区系分析。结果显示,海河平原地区种类是河北省蚊科和虻科昆虫的优势种群,张北一围场高原地区种类是河北省蠓科昆虫的优势种,蚋科和白蛉科的区系尚未调查清楚。 本研究针对河北省吸血双翅目昆虫的本底资料欠缺的现状,在河北省范围内开展吸血双翅目昆虫的种类调查,该研究极大地丰富了河北省吸血双翅目昆虫的种类和区系分布内容,对预防和控制虫媒传染病,特别是应对突发性公共卫生事件中虫媒传染病和生物恐怖事件的发生,提供制定防控媒介昆虫预案的基本资料和科学依据,具有重要的社会效益和战略意义。 标本现保存在河北农业大学昆虫标本室。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the history and present situation of the study on the important blood-sucking Diptera fauna in Hebei Province are summarized, and the basic characteristics and common classification characteristics of the blood-sucking Diptera are described. The species of blood-sucking Diptera insects were collected from Hebei Province and identified by routine taxonomy and their preliminary floristic characteristics were discussed. Using the corresponding classification system, the distribution of Diptera insects in Handan, Xingtai, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Hengshui, Hebei Province was studied. The specimens of blood-sucking Diptera insects from 11 regions of Cangzhou City Langfang City Tangshan City Qinhuangdao City Chengde City and Zhangjiakou City were identified by routine taxonomy and floristic analysis. More than 4000 target insects were collected from 37 ecological sites and made into specimens. A total of 57 species of blood-sucking Diptera insects, such as mosquitoes, midges, gadflies, gnats, and laceflies, were recorded. Among them, 18 species belong to the new records of Hebei Province, including 5 families, 15 genera and 57 species of blood-sucking diptera insects. They are Mansonia ochracea Theobaldae 1903, Aedes excrucians Walkerlus 1856, Aedes flavidorsalis Luh et Leex 1975,1916 Aedes cataphylla Luh, Aedos cinereus Meigener 1818, Aedos peipingensis Feng1938, Aedes crossi Lienger 1967, Culox infantulus Edwards1922, Armigeres annulipalpis annulipalpis annulipalpis, Culox infantulus Edwards1922, Armigeres annulipalpis. Theobaldidae, Haematopota antennata Shirakius 1932, Haematopota kansuensis Kroberia 1933, Haematopota koryoensis Shirakius 1932, Haematopota hedini Kroberia 1934, Tabanus coreanus Shirakius 1932, Tabanus buddha Portschinsky 1887, Lasiohelea taiwana Shirakiidae, Leptoconops bezzii Noe1905, Simulium reptans Linnaeusus 1758. According to the existing specimens and literature records, the list of blood-sucking Diptera insects in Hebei Province is listed, including 40 species of mosquitoes, 46 species of tabanidae, 19 species of Ceratopogonidae, 3 species of Simuliidae and 4 species of Phledonidae. The genus and species of Diptera in Hebei Province were compiled and the preliminary floristic analysis was carried out. The results showed that the species in Haihe Plain were the dominant species of mosquitoes and tabanidae in Hebei Province. The dominant species of Ceratopogonidae in Hebei Province are the highland species in a besieged area of Zhangbei. The fauna of Simuliidae and Phledonidae has not been investigated clearly. In view of the lack of background data of blood-sucking Diptera insects in Hebei Province, a survey of the species of blood-sucking Diptera insects was carried out in Hebei Province. This study greatly enriched the species and floristic distribution of blood-sucking Diptera insects in Hebei Province, and contributed to the prevention and control of insect-borne infectious diseases, especially to the occurrence of insect-borne infectious diseases and bioterrorism in sudden public health events. It is of great social and strategic significance to provide the basic information and scientific basis for the preparation of insect prevention and control plan. The specimens are now stored in the insect Herbarium of Hebei Agricultural University.
