医学生心理健康影响因素的结构方程模型分析

【摘要】:目的:采用线性结构方程模型对医学生心理健康的影响因素及其潜变量之间的关系进行分析,探讨此方法应用于医学生心理健康研究的适应性,希望能为高校相关部门采取措施、改善学生的心理健康现状提供参考依据。 方法:通过分层整群抽样的方法,对某医科大学的818名医学生进行问卷调查。首先对医学生心理健康状况的一般情况进行描述性分析,再采用验证性因子分析建立初始模型,并对医学生心理健康的影响因素进行结构方程模型的拟合。 结果:被调查医学生心理卫生问题阳性检出率为21.3%,症状出现最多的为强迫症状,最少的为恐怖症状。经多重线性回归分析得知,被调查医学生是否失眠、面临情感困扰、和他人交流情况、生活是否有规律、生活压力、家庭和睦情况、年级、学校生活环境满意度以及身体状况等因素被引入多重线性回归模型。随后在因子分析的基础上进行结构方程模型的拟合,从模型的标准化解的结果可以看出,构成心理卫生的10个指标中,抑郁、焦虑、人际关系、精神病性和强迫症状的回归系数较高,分别为0.91、0.88、0.87、0.87、0.86。这5个指标能较好的表征心理卫生状态。因子2对心理卫生的影响最大,其效应系数为0.301,因子6次之,其效应系数为0.253,因子3再次之,效应系数为0.165,且它们的假设检验概率P值均小于0.05。这说明影响医学生心理健康的主要因素为:身体状况、生活规律、与他人交流情况、情感困扰、失眠、学习压力、生活压力等。与多重线性回归结果基本一致。 结论:通过本次调查,我们可以看出医学生群体的心理健康状况虽然较以前有所好转,但仍不容乐观,他们不同程度的存在一些心理健康问题。对此,有关教育者应高度重视,同时,要充分考虑年级、专业因素,有层次、有区别
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the influence factors and latent variables of mental health of medical students by using linear structural equation model, and to explore the adaptability of this method in the study of mental health of medical students. It is hoped that this paper can provide references for the relevant departments in colleges and universities to take measures to improve the mental health status of students. Methods: 818 medical students in a medical university were investigated by stratified cluster sampling. The general state of mental health of medical students was analyzed by descriptive analysis, and the initial model was established by confirmatory factor analysis. The influencing factors of mental health of medical students were fitted with structural equation model. Results: the positive rate of mental health problems was 21.3, the most symptoms were obsessive-compulsive symptoms and the least were phobic symptoms. Communicate with others, whether there is a regular life, life pressure, family harmony, grade, Factors such as satisfaction of school life environment and physical condition were introduced into multiple linear regression model. Then the structural equation model was fitted on the basis of factor analysis, and the results of standard solution of the model can be seen. The regression coefficients of depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, psychosis and obsessive-compulsive symptoms were higher in 10 indexes of mental health, which were 0.91g / 0.88870.87 / 0.86, respectively. These five indexes could represent the state of mental health better. Factor 2 had the greatest effect on mental health. The coefficient of effect is 0.301, factor 6 is the second, the coefficient of effect is 0.253, factor 3 is 0.165, and the probability of hypothetical test P is less than 0.05. This shows that the main factors affecting the mental health of medical students are: physical condition. Life rules, communication with others, emotional distress, insomnia, learning pressure, life pressure, and so on. Basically consistent with multiple linear regression results. Conclusion: through this investigation, we can see that the mental health status of medical students is better than before, but it is still not optimistic, they have some mental health problems in varying degrees. At the same time, we should take full account of the grade, professional factors, there are levels, there are differences
