高校教师与大学生对自杀的态度及其相关因素的研究

【摘要】:前言 自杀是指个人在意识清楚的情况下,因社会心理冲突而产生的一种有计划的、自愿地结束自己生命的行为。目前自杀是一种比较严重的社会公共卫生问题。自杀率高低与其居民对自杀的态度具有密切的关系,有效的自杀预防必须以对公众自杀态度的深入了解为基础。研究公众对自杀行为性质、自杀者、自杀者家属、安乐死的态度,都会对预防自杀起到有益的帮助和积极的作用。 青少年自杀人数在逐年增加,且有低龄化趋势。社会变革引起人们思想观念、价值取向、行为规范的深刻变化,使教师承受了巨大的心理压力,势必带来群体性态度反常和行为紊乱,影响高校教师对自杀的看法。作为高等教育主体的高校教师,其对自杀的态度以及是否会影响大学生对自杀的态度,目前尚未见到报道。 材料和方法 本研究采取整群分层抽样的方法,随机抽取某校532名教师及1004名学生为调查对象,采用自杀态度问卷(Suicide Attitude Questionnaire,QSA)对其进行调查。QSA共29个条目,分4个维度:(1)F1—对自杀行为的态度,9项;(2)F2—对自杀者的态度,10项;(3)F3—对自杀者家属的态度,5项;(4)F4—对安乐死的态度,5项。每个条目按完全赞同、赞同、中立、不赞同、完全不赞同5级评分。计算每个维度的均分,以2.5和3.5分为两个分界值,将其划分为三个部分,≤2.5分认为对自杀持肯定、认可、理解和宽容的态度,2.5~3.5分为矛盾或中立态度,≥3.5认为对自杀持反对、否定、
[Abstract]:Foreword. Suicide refers to a planned form of social and psychological conflict that occurs when individuals are clearly aware of it. The act of voluntarily ending one's life. At present, suicide is a serious social and public health problem. The suicide rate is closely related to the attitude of its residents towards suicide. Effective suicide prevention must be based on an in-depth understanding of the public's attitude towards suicide. Studying the nature of suicidal behavior, suicides, suicides' families, and euthanasia will all play a beneficial and positive role in the prevention of suicide.
