DPPⅡ和DPPⅢ在正常大鼠眼球中的免疫表达

【摘要】: 目的:探讨DPPII及DPPIII在正常大鼠眼球各组织中的免疫表达。 方法:选取正常两性Wistar大鼠,共40只,分为2组,将大鼠处死后取出眼球,放入10%甲醛固定,石蜡包埋,用切片机切取4μm厚切片。应用抗生物素蛋白-生物素-过氧化物酶复合体法检测外切肽酶DPPII、DPPIII在正常大鼠眼球各组织中的免疫表达。 结果:发现DPPII在角膜上皮细胞、角膜基质层、角膜内皮细胞、睫状体无色素上皮细胞、虹膜色素上皮细胞、晶状体上皮细胞、晶状体纤维、视网膜神经纤维层、神经节细胞、视网膜色素上皮细胞免疫染色呈阳性;DPPIII在角膜上皮细胞、角膜内皮细胞、睫状体无色素上皮细胞、虹膜色素上皮细胞、晶状体上皮细胞、晶状体纤维、视网膜神经纤维层、神经节细胞、视网膜色素上皮细胞免疫染色呈阳性。 结论:DPPII主要存在于角膜上皮细胞、角膜基质层、角膜内皮细胞、睫状体无色素上皮细胞、虹膜色素上皮细胞、晶状体上皮细胞、晶状体纤维、视网膜神经纤维层、神经节细胞、视网膜色素上皮细胞;DPPIII主要存在于角膜上皮细胞、角膜内皮细胞、睫状体无色素上皮细胞、虹膜色素上皮细胞、晶状体上皮细胞、晶状体纤维、视网膜神经纤维层、神经节细胞、视网膜色素上皮细胞。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of DPPII and DPPIII in normal rat eyeball tissues. Methods: a total of 40 normal Wistar rats were divided into two groups. After the rats were killed, the eyeballs were removed, fixed with 10% formaldehyde, and embedded in paraffin. Four 渭 m thick sections were cut by slicing machine, and the immunological expression of exopeptidase DPPIIPIII in normal rat eyeball was detected by the method of biotin-biotin peroxidase complex. Results: DPPII was found in corneal epithelial cells, corneal stromal layer, corneal endothelial cells, ciliary body non-pigmented epithelial cells, iris pigment epithelial cells, lens epithelial cells, lens fibers, retinal nerve fiber layer, ganglion cells. Retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPE) showed positive staining for DPPIII in corneal epithelial cells, corneal endothelial cells, ciliary unpigmented epithelial cells, iris pigment epithelial cells, lens epithelial cells, lens fibers, retinal nerve fiber layer, The ganglion cells and retinal pigment epithelium cells were immunoreactive. ConclusionTwo DPPII mainly exists in corneal epithelial cells, corneal stromal layer, corneal endothelial cells, ciliary unpigmented epithelial cells, iris pigment epithelial cells, lens epithelial cells, lens fibers and retinal nerve fiber layers. DPPIII mainly exists in corneal epithelial cells, corneal endothelial cells, ciliary body non-pigmented epithelial cells, iris pigment epithelial cells, lens epithelial cells, lens fibers. Retinal nerve fiber layer, ganglion cells, retinal pigment epithelial cells.
