脾脏吞噬细胞清除凋亡细胞的免疫学调控机制研究进展

【摘要】:正常组织新陈代谢中会产生大量的凋亡细胞,它们作为机体自身抗原的主要来源在诱导免疫耐受中发挥重要的作用。脾脏边缘区的巨噬细胞(如边缘区巨噬细胞和边缘区嗜金属巨噬细胞等)和脾脏中的树突状细胞通过"find-me"信号"eatme"信号快速识别并清除体内不断产生的凋亡细胞,以致于在体内很难检测到凋亡细胞。同时,凋亡细胞的清除可诱导机体对自身抗原的免疫耐受。并且已有研究指出,清除凋亡细胞诱导免疫耐受这一理论已被用于预防自身免疫病和诱导肿瘤免疫。本文主要综述了机体清除凋亡细胞的分子机制及临床意义。
[Abstract]:In normal tissue metabolism, a large number of apoptotic cells are produced. They play an important role in inducing immune tolerance as the main source of body autoantigen. Macrophages in the marginal region of the spleen (such as macrophages in the marginal region and metal macrophages in the marginal region) and dendrites in the spleen. The "find-me" signal, "eatme" signal, is used by the cells to quickly recognize and clear the cells that are constantly producing apoptosis in the body. That makes it difficult to detect apoptotic cells in vivo. At the same time, the removal of apoptotic cells can induce the body's immune tolerance to its own antigens. The theory of immune tolerance induced by scavenging apoptotic cells has been used to prevent autoimmune diseases and induce tumor immunity. The molecular mechanism and clinical significance of scavenging apoptotic cells were reviewed in this paper.
