【摘要】: 实验目的: 本文目的基于进行下颈椎椎弓根的相关经线及角度测量,定位更准确的椎弓根进钉点、置钉方向,为成功应用经颈椎椎弓根螺钉技术提供必要信息。 实验方法: 1、在27具中国成人干燥颈椎标本上,用游标卡尺、角度测量器对椎弓根高度(PH )、宽度(PW )、椎弓根轴线的骨性通道全长(TL)、两种椎弓根长度(PL1,PL2)。 2、在下颈椎CT图像上测量椎弓根高度(PH′)、宽度(PW′)、椎弓根轴线的骨性通道全长(TL′)、两种椎弓根长度(PL′1,PL′2)、椎弓根松质骨高度(PSH)、椎弓根松质骨宽度(PSW )、椎弓根横断面角(PTA )、椎弓根矢状面角(PSA )、椎弓根断面松质骨比例(PS)、椎弓根断面皮质骨比例(PC)等具有临床意义的数据进行测量。比较标本测量及CT测量的数据,是否具有统计学差异。 3、选福尔马林浸泡的标本9具,按照测量结果及文献报道的进钉点置钉,判断置钉效果。, 实验结果: 1.大体标本椎弓根最窄处高度(PH )、椎弓根最窄处宽度(PW )、椎弓根轴线的骨性通道全长(TL)及两种椎弓根的长度(PL1、PL2)结果见表1。 2.CT图像上测量椎弓根高度(PH′)、宽度(PW′)、椎弓根轴线的骨性通道全长(TL′)、两种椎弓根长度(PL′1,PL′2)结
[Abstract]:Objective:Objective based on the relative meridian and angle measurement of the pedicle of the lower cervical vertebrae, to locate the more accurate point of pedicle screw and to provide the necessary information for the successful application of the technique of transpedicular screw.Experimental methods:1. In 27 dry cervical vertebrae specimens of Chinese adults, the height of pedicle was measured by Vernier caliper, the width of PW, the total length of bony passage of pedicle axis, and the length of pedicle of two kinds of pedicle were measured by Vernier caliper and angle measuring instrument.2. On CT images of lower cervical vertebrae, the height of pedicle and the width of pedicle were measured. The length of bony passage in the axis of pedicle was TLX, the length of pedicle of two kinds of pedicle was 1 PL2, the height of cancellous bone of pedicle was PSH1, and the width of cancellous bone of pedicle was PSW.The clinical data of PTA, PSA, PSV and PCP of pedicle cross-sectional angle, sagittal angle of pedicle, and ratio of cortical bone of pedicle cross-section were measured.Compare the data of specimen measurement and CT measurement, whether there is statistical difference.3. 9 specimens soaked in formalin were selected to judge the effect of nail placement according to the results of measurement and the report of literature.Experimental results:1.The height of the narrowest part of the pedicle, the width of the narrowest part of the pedicle of the pedicle, the full length of the bony channel of the pedicle axis (TLL) and the length of the pedicle of the two kinds of pedicle are shown in Table 1.The height of pedicle and the width of pedicle were measured on 2.CT images. The total length of bony passage in the axis of pedicle and the length of pedicle of two kinds of pedicle were measured.
