【摘要】:研究背景:舟月骨分离是腕关节不稳定最常见的类型,其发生以舟月骨间韧带的断裂为前提,此病发生后可引起腕关节疼痛等症状,严重者可导致腕关节炎的发生,但目前对该病的研究仍不甚充分。本研究拟从与舟月骨分离相关的解剖、生物力学及影像学角度进行相应的研究,以加深对此病的了解,并为其诊断、治疗等提供实验依据。 第一章 腕间关节韧带的巨微解剖学研究 目的:对腕间关节及部分腕部韧带的解剖及组织特性进行详细观察与测量,研究内容包括:腕骨间各关节面的形态、舟月及月三角关节间隙相对于腕冠状面的角度;腕关节部分骨间韧带的位置、形态;舟月骨间韧带(scapholunate interosseous ligament,SLIL)、月三角骨间韧带(lunotriquetral interosseous ligament,LTIL)穿孔发生率、SLIL断面组织切片特点等的观察。 材料与方法:成人腕关节标本共计60例,其中18例为收集保存于-20℃冰柜中的新鲜成人尸体上肢标本(右手10例,左手8例);42例为福尔马林固定标本(右手21例,左手21例)。所有标本经X线检查均未发现有腕部骨质异常改变。对腕间关节及部分韧带进行大体解剖学观察、测量,并获取6例新鲜SLIL标本,经4%甲醛固定,然后再经脱水、包埋、HE染色后,在光学显微镜下进行组织学观察。解剖及测量器械包括:手术刀,手术剪,血管钳,手术托盘,量角器,电子游标卡尺等。 结果:对SLIL和LTIL各亚区的解剖学参数进行了测量,表明近侧亚区最为薄弱,掌、背侧亚区较为粗壮。在外形上比较适合替代SLIL背侧亚区的韧带
[Abstract]:Background of the study : scaphola bone separation is the most common type of carpal instability , which takes place on the premise of the fracture of the interproximal ligament , which can lead to the occurrence of carpal joint pain after the occurrence of this disease . However , the study of this disease is not sufficient . The study intends to study the anatomy , biomechanics and imaging angle related to the scapholyte distraction , to deepen the understanding of the disease and provide experimental basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease .
Study on the Giant Microanatomy of the Intercarpal ligament of the first chapter
Objective : To observe and measure the anatomy and tissue characteristics of the wrist joint and partial carpal ligament . The research contents include : the morphology of each joint surface in the carpal bones , the angle of the scapholmonth and the monthly triangular joint space with respect to the coronal plane of the wrist ; the position and the form of the interproximal ligament of the wrist ; the incidence of the lunotriquetry ligament ( SLIL ) in the scapholunate interosary ligament ( SLIL ) , the characteristics of SLIL section tissue slices , etc .
