攻击人格特质与颞肌外感受抑制相关性的研究

【摘要】: [目的]面部肌肉的外感受抑制(exteroceptive suppressions,ES)是指人的三叉神经支配区接受一个电刺激后闭颌活动产生相对或绝对的抑制,可分为第一外感受抑制(ES1)和第二外感受抑制(ES2)。有研究表明颞肌活动的ES2抑制受到脑干中5-HT能神经元的调控。另有研究显示,除焦虑外,攻击人格特质也和脑内5-HT能神经元活动有关。而神经质—焦虑特质已证明显著地减少颞肌的ES2,,因此,我们开展了高或低攻击人格特质与颞肌外感受抑制相关性的研究。 [方法]我们根据DSM-Ⅳ对65名高、低攻击倾向个体做出临床诊断,其中22名为反社会型、边缘人格或自恋型人格障碍患者。然后他们完成Zuckerman-Kuhlman人格量表(ZKPQ)、感觉寻求量表(SSS)、Plutchik-van Praag抑郁量表(PVP),并接受颞肌外感受抑制实验,最后选取符合研究分析要求的49名对象(高攻击22名,低攻击27名)的实验数据进行统计分析。 [结果]高攻击组的平均颞肌ES2持续期显著地短于低攻击组。高攻击组ZKPQ的冲动感觉寻求、神经质—焦虑和攻击—敌意三个分量表的得分,以及PVP量表总分明显高于低攻击组。在2组数据中的人格特质与颞肌ES2的潜伏期或持续期均不相关。在所有的49例对象中PVP量表总分与颞肌ES2的持续期呈负相关。 [结论]本研究从神经生理学角度揭示了高攻击人格特质个体可能存在脑干或边缘系统的功能紊乱。
[Abstract]:[objective] the external sensory inhibition of facial muscles (external octopeptive suppressor suppressionsESE) refers to the relative or absolute inhibition of closed jaw activity after electrical stimulation in human trigeminal innervation area, which can be divided into the first external sensory suppression (ES1) and the second external sensory inhibition (ES2). Studies have shown that the ES2 inhibition of temporal muscle activity is regulated by 5-HT neurons in the brain stem. In addition to anxiety, aggressive personality traits are also associated with 5-HT neuron activity in the brain. Neuroticism and anxiety traits have been shown to significantly reduce ES2 in the temporal muscles. Therefore, we have conducted a study on the correlation between high or low aggressive personality traits and the inhibition of extramuscular temporal perception.
