【摘要】:S100A7是一种小分子钙结合蛋白,广泛参与到上皮细胞的分化、皮肤化学防御体系的构建、氧化应激和炎症反应的发生等生命过程,其分泌可由物理、化学和生物等多方面因素诱导。S100A7具有多种结合配体,并通过特定的信号通路与活性氧类密切相关。作为皮肤的一种重要抗菌肽,S100A7能帮助人体表皮抵御常见致病微生物的侵袭。S100A7也在多种皮肤病中表达上调,是反映皮肤细胞分化程度和炎症状态的关键指标。另外,脑组织神经元中S100A7的高表达可阻止阿尔兹海默症患者脑中淀粉样蛋白的沉积。S100A7在某些肿瘤组织中也呈现高表达,与癌症的发生和恶化密切相关。文中介绍S100A7的生物学特性及功能,总结S100A7在多种疾病中的表达特征和作用机制,为寻找S100A7相关疾病的分子标记物和作用靶点提供新思路。
[Abstract]:S100A7 is a small molecule calcium binding protein, widely involved in epithelial cell differentiation, skin chemical defense system construction, oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction and other life processes, its secretion can be physical, S100A7 has multiple binding ligands induced by chemical and biological factors and is closely related to reactive oxygen species through specific signaling pathways. As an important antimicrobial peptide of skin, S100A7 can help human skin resist the invasion of common pathogenic microbes. S100A7 is also upregulated in many skin diseases, which is a key index to reflect the degree of differentiation and inflammation of skin cells. In addition, the high expression of S100A7 in brain neurons can prevent the deposition of amyloid protein S100A7 in brain of Alzheimer's disease patients, which is closely related to the occurrence and deterioration of cancer. This paper introduces the biological characteristics and functions of S100A7, summarizes the expression characteristics and mechanism of S100A7 in various diseases, and provides a new idea for finding molecular markers and targets of S100A7 related diseases.
