国人大脑外侧裂MRI立体定向解剖学研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨基于MRI图像的大脑外侧裂立体定向解剖学及其在脑立体定向手术中的意义。方法:采集30名健康成年自愿者的脑MRI图像,经图像转换和配准,在标准三维立体坐标系中测量,以外侧裂的外侧缘为起点,向内沿X轴方向每3 mm为一取样点直到岛盖内侧面,记录各取样点的X、Y值,Z值为所在层面与AC-PC层面间层数与层距的积,统计所有取样点的三维坐标值,建立大脑外侧裂三维立体定位数据集。将所有外侧裂外侧缘取样点坐标值进行分析,绘制其在矢状和冠状面上的投影图。结果:成功构建大脑外侧裂立体定位数据集;对30例出外侧裂外侧缘的投影图进行分析,找出了外侧裂的走行特点,并求出了回归方程。结论:大脑外侧裂立体定向解剖学研究,可为脑的立体定向手术及脑图谱的建立提供解剖学资料。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the stereotactic anatomy of lateral cerebral fissure based on MRI images and its significance in stereotactic brain surgery. Methods: brain MRI images of 30 healthy adult volunteers were collected and measured in standard three-dimensional coordinate system by image conversion and registration. The lateral margin of lateral fissure was taken as the starting point. Every 3 mm direction along the X axis is a sampling point up to the inner side of the island cover. The XY value and Z value of each sampling point are recorded as the product of the number of layers and the distance between the layers in the plane and the AC-PC layer, and the three dimensional coordinate values of all the sampling points are counted. To establish the three dimensional stereotaxic data set of lateral cerebral fissure. The coordinate values of all the sampling points in the lateral margin of the lateral fissure were analyzed, and the projection maps on the sagittal and coronal planes were drawn. Results: the stereotactic data set of lateral cerebral fissure was constructed successfully, and the projection map of 30 cases with lateral fissure lateral margin was analyzed, and the characteristics of lateral fissure were found out, and the regression equation was obtained. Conclusion: the study of stereotactic anatomy of lateral cerebral fissure can provide anatomical data for stereotactic operation and establishment of cerebral atlas.
