重症肌无力患者抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体的测定及意义

【摘要】： 目的：检测重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis，MG)患者治疗前后的血清乙酰胆碱受体抗体(acetylcholine receptor antibodies，AchR-Ab)，了解MG患者血清AchR-Ab含量与MG的之间关系。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA)法分别对56例MG患者治疗前后的血清AchR-Ab进行了检测。结果：MG患者治疗前后的血清AchR-Ab阳性率46.4％。合并胸腺瘤的MG患者(MG with thymoma，MGT)血清AchR-Ab阳性率为85.7％，胸腺正常者的MG(MG with non-thymoma，n-MGT)的阳性率为40.8％，眼肌型MG患者血清AchR-Ab阳性率为21.4％，Ⅱ型MG患者的阳性率为52.6％，Ⅲ型MG患者的阳性率为75.0％。结论：MG患者发病年龄越大，其患者体内的AchR-Ab阳性率越高。MG患者患病时间越长，其患者体内AchR-Ab含量降低。MGT患者血清AchR-Ab阳性率明显高于n-MGT患者。临床分型越高，，患者血清AchR-Ab阳性率越高，其中Ⅲ型明显高于眼肌型。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the serum acetylcholine receptor antibody (acetylcholine receptor antibodiesl AchR-Ab) before and after treatment in patients with myasthenia gravis (myasthenia gravis MG), and to investigate the relationship between serum AchR-Ab and MG in patients with MG. Methods: the serum AchR-Ab of 56 patients with MG before and after treatment was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results the positive rate of serum AchR-Ab before and after treatment was 46.4%. The positive rate of serum AchR-Ab was 85.7 in MG with thymoma MGT, 40.8 in MG with non-thymoma n-MGT, 21.441 in ocular MG, 52.6 in type 鈪
