【摘要】:乙型脑炎是由乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)引起,经蚊虫叮咬传播的一种传染性疾病。该病能引起严重的脑炎,往往会导致永久性的大脑损伤,且死亡率高。全球大概每年有35,000-50,000例乙型脑炎患者,该病主要分布于亚洲地区。 黄热病由黄热病病毒(YFV)引起,曾在南美洲、非洲等热带地区引起大范围的流行,每年估计有200,000例黄热病患者(30,0001例死亡)。 JEV与YFV同属于黄病毒属,病程早期对疾病诊断都有一定困难。由于目前尚无有效手段阻止或延缓病程发展,因此早期实验室检测(JEV/YFV)对于迅速做出诊断,确立正确的治疗方案、避免误诊、贻误病程有重要意义。 传统的实验室诊断方法往往依赖于免疫学方法检测病毒抗原。由于JEV、YFV与其它黄病毒之间会产生血清学交叉反应,所以传统的诊断方法容易产生假阳性结果。基于RT-PCR技术的分析方法也被应用于检测JEV、YFV,但也无法避免假阳性和假阴性结果的产生。
[Abstract]:Encephalitis B is a contagious disease caused by Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), which is transmitted by mosquito bites. It can cause severe encephalitis and often lead to permanent brain damage and high mortality. There are about 35000-50000 cases of encephalitis a year around the world. The disease is mainly distributed in Asia.
Yellow fever, caused by the yellow fever virus (YFV), has caused widespread prevalence in tropical regions such as South America and Africa. It is estimated that 200000 cases of yellow fever (300001 deaths) are estimated each year.
JEV and YFV belong to the genus yellows. It is difficult to diagnose the disease early in the course of the disease. Because there is no effective means to prevent or delay the development of the disease, early laboratory testing (JEV/YFV) is of great significance for the rapid diagnosis, the establishment of the correct treatment scheme, and the avoidance of misdiagnosis.
Traditional laboratory diagnosis methods often rely on immunological methods to detect virus antigens. Because of the serological cross reaction between JEV, YFV and other yellow viruses, the traditional diagnostic methods easily produce false positive results. The analysis method based on RT-PCR technology is also used to detect JEV and YFV, but it can not avoid false positive and false positives. The emergence of negative results.
