肌成纤维细胞在大鼠排卵机制中的作用

【摘要】:目的: 1.确认在大鼠卵巢卵泡膜中有肌成纤维细胞存在 2.探讨肌成纤维细胞与卵巢排卵的关系 方法: 1.采用免疫组织化学方法检测α-SMA、desmin、vimentin、ET-AR和ET-BR在动情期组(n=20)与非动情期组(n=10)大鼠卵巢各级卵泡(窦前卵泡、小窦状卵泡和大窦状卵泡)卵泡膜细胞中的表达情况,并进行图像分析。 2.采用透射电镜技术观察动情期大鼠窦状卵泡卵泡膜细胞的超微结构。 结果: 1.免疫组织化学结果: 1.1.α-SMA表达于动情期和非动情期各级卵泡的卵泡膜细胞中,其表达强度在组间同级卵泡间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),组内各级卵泡间比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05);在动情期组其表达强度与卵泡直径大小成正相关(r=0.631),而非动情期组两者却几乎无相关性(r=-0.087)。 1.2.Desmin在动情期组各级卵泡的卵泡膜细胞中表达,其表达强度在该组各级卵泡间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05):在非动情期组各级卵泡的卵泡膜细胞中无表达。 1.3.Vimentin表达于动情期和非动情期各级卵泡的卵泡膜细胞中,其表达强度在组间同级卵泡间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。动情期组各级卵泡间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)而且vimentin表达强度与卵泡直径大小呈正相关(r=0.536);非动情期组窦前卵泡和小窦状卵泡间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),其他级别卵泡间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而且vimentin表达强度与卵泡

The expression of follicular membrane cells in antral follicles and large antral follicles, The ultrastructure of antral follicular membrane cells in estrus was observed by transmission electron microscopy.
